My boring job standing behind a counter at Game Stop didn't always have to be boring.
My boss Greg, who thinks he's like a king or something, sometimes let's me play the consoles.
One day, while I was sitting on the counter, playing some Mario Kart on the Wii U we had, we had someone walk in.
Being as I was the only worker at the store at the moment, I greeted them, my eyes still focused on the game.
I heard the customer say his own hello in a Swedish accent. As soon as I heard it, I almost dropped the controler / tablet thingy in complete shock, knowing instantly who it was.
"Pe-Pew..." I started to stutter out, slowly sliding myself off the counter, to get on my feet.
He looked at me, a huge smile on his face, one that he usually had.
"How 'ya doing?" He asked, grin growing wider, as my expression grew more shocked.
At that moment, it took all my control to not run at him and engulf him in a hug, and cry.
