It had been many weeks since the group had last raided anyone. Now that the food was running low, they decided to do another one. This time though, they'll try not to kill anyone.
After the last encounter with Cooper and Jack, they had come to realise what they've become. Being stranded on an island for over a year really has its effects on a person.

There weren't many people left on the island now. Just them, Finns group, Jack and Cooper and the group they were now raiding.
As they arrived they noticed the place was deserted. The shelters were knocked down and a tree had fallen to the ground. They must have fled their camp during the storm.
They salvaged what they could find, some fruit, a bow and arrow, a spear, a bear skin and a coconut.

"Well that was a piece of cake," laughed Harry. "Yeah, speaking of cake, I'm dying to have some sugar, my bodies running out of energy completely!" Replied Aidan. Everyone sighed.
They were all laughing together until they heard kit let out a shriek as if he'd seen something terrifying. Everyone turned around to see him kneeling down next to the fallen tree sobbing. "Help me lift it!" Screamed kit, staring at them. "Please let me lift it!" He threw himself to the ground crying. "Kit what the hell is wrong!?" Harry yelled running over. As he reached the tree trunk his face turned from confused to surprised. Harry held his hand over his mouth.
Aidan walked over and understood everything. Lying on the ground, crushed by the tree, dead, lay Kit's girlfriend, Emma.

Once everyone had seen it, they worked together to lift the tree. Kit said goodbye to his girlfriend and put her in the river. The others began heading back, they left Kit to himself. He watched Emma drift off, being taken by the river. He caught up to them halfway back. It was a bit like a proper funeral. But most of it was forgotten as they saw Adam running, running with food in his hand, running away from their cave. It looks like Finn decided to steal from them.
