Getting Tired

Chapter 12- Hospital

Michelle POV
Right now Im in an ambulance with Riley and two nurses.
"Whats happening to her?" I ask.
"Well, we think its her appendix, but we are not sure..."
I hope Riley is ok. We cant lose her!

Riley POV
I didnt actually fade out. I just have so much pain, I cant even open my eyes because of it. When the nurses say "appendix" it hits me. I dont know why, but Im sure its my appendix... What if I die? Its a small chance, but it can happen. For a couple of days, I have started puking all day and have 39 grades celcius the temperature. But my parents were bissy and they totallu fprgot about me. And now, Im in a life danger. I feel like Im being held and transported to another room. Even if my eyes are close, I can see a bright light. I have a little pain in my left arm and then, without knowing how, I fall asleep.....

Michelle POV
Right now, Im at the hospital hallways. Im looking for Riley at the surgery floor. I see a doctor and ask him.
"Im sorry, do you know Riley Beaton?"
"Yeah, the new one!" He says.
"Where is she???"
"At a surgery."
My heart stops. It can be a lot of things! What if its the liver that is bad or even worse.... Cancer!
"Why?!"
"She has appendix."
Uhhhh, thank godness!
"Do you mind answering some questions for us?"
"Of course not...."
"Ok, come here."
And I go to the office.
"So.... Her name is Riley Beaton. How old is she?"
"16" I say.
"Does she go to school?"
"She is home schooled and she goes to a dance studio."
"Ok, can you give us her phone number?"
"Sure" I say and give them the phone number.
"Ok, how long has she had stomachaches?"
"Two week and a half."
"Wow! Thats long. This is serious..."
I am afraid for Riley!
"What about other disturbings?"
"She has had high temperature and vommits for 4 days."
"Ok, you can go now."
And I leave.

James POV
Riley's surgery is over. Now we are waiting for her to wake up, but she is taking more time that the doctors planned. I go inside her room.
"Riley! Can you hear me? If you can, please wake up! We need you! I need you! Riley, please wake up, Im begging you..."
She doesnt wake up. I decide to go.
After 2 hours
Riley POV
I open my eyes and see my friends. They are all by my side. I try to talk, but have strong pains. I scream. This lasts all night...
The next day- Riley POV
I feel better now... I mean, my stomach still hurts, but it doesnt hurt that much. I see Michelle, James and Emily stay by my side. I speak.
"Guys"
"Riley, dont talk! Stay and relax..."
"I want to go home!"
"You will go home, just in a week. You can wait that long."
"Ok, thanks for being by my side."

Riley: Whats wrong?
Emily: You had a bad case of appendix. It had exploded....

Riley: But I want to keep dancing!
Rileys mom: Well, you cant!
