This isn't really an art chapter, but here is a notice for all the Sailor Neon Scouts. All slots have been filled up and we are ready for an adventure. Sorry I haven't updated in a while. I was so busy with school, homework, and drawing to much. But for the most part I enjoyed the Sailor Preview and drawing portion.
Hopefully I can get everyone introduced in the story ^ ^
