(Author Note: Hello, babies! I'm back after nearly three months, and oh, how I've missed this. I've been practicing a lot (I mean dance), and it's been totally worth it. I also saw Queen + AL for the first time, and it was amazing! It was the best day of my life. It was one of those dreams that I've achieved that'll stay with me for the rest of my life. But now, I can continue with this baby.
So, this book picks up where the first one, Strange Foreign, left off. I always start the first chapter with a bit of an introduction and then it turns into something interesting. I promise this one will have a lot of what you've all been waiting for... sexy times with Brian! I want to thank those who have stuck with me since the beginning, and I hope you like it!
Special thanks to Jen.

January 20 1973
It's officially 1973: a new year, new country, new friends, new places and new opportunities. I still talk to my parents and grandmother at least once a day, but the last time Damian called was on January 2nd to wish me a Happy New Year. I noticed he was in a good mood. My friends and I decided it'd be cheaper to send each other letters. I was still without a camera; I should buy one. I had developed a deep and affectionate relationship with Mary, Veronica, John, Freddie, Roger and, of course, Brian. I was still living in the flat at the hotel. I was adjusting well due to the money coming in from the pub, and while I have a place to live, that's fine. But with my job, I was always searching for an audition or casting for a dance company. I saw many in the newspaper, but I didn't pass them. I use to have time to train ballet exercises in my flat, but I really wanted to be on stage again.
But the deal I made with Brian? I didn't mention much about it to the girls, and I haven't seen Brian since New Year's Eve. On that morning, I woke up, thanked him for the night and left. I didn't think about it much due to my mixed emotions.
It was really cold, but it wasn't snowing. I was at the pub, working with Mary. It was dead at ten o'clock in the morning.
"My head is killing me!" Mary said.
"Did you sleep well last night?" I asked.
"I had my mind on something else." She said laughing.
"Oh, you little whore. You two did what Roger wouldn't allow on New year's Eve, didn't you?"
"Of course!" She smiled. "So, Freddie told me that you didn't have sex with Brian that night." She said as we were walking towards the counter Rick was standing at.
"Right..."
"Why? I mean, why?"
"I didn't think it was the right moment. I want to be fully sober when it happens - at least for the first time."
"Well, that's never going to happen if all of us are at the same party," she laughs. "Rick, can you get me some tea?"
"Which table? I don't see any clients." He commented sarcastically.
"It's for me, asshole. My head is killing me."
"Okay." He said between laughs as he walked to the kitchen.
"So, are you going to fuck Brian?" She asked me.
"How am I suppose to know?" I laughed.
"Cyn, hello, it's what you signed up for."
"I know, I know, but I don't know when it's going to happen."
"Is there any rules?"
"We can't fall in love."
