Loving The Bad Boy Next Door (Sequel to TBBND)

Chapter 1

“Are you ready to go back?” I asked as I stood beside Adrian standing in front of my house.

“Not at all.” He responded.

I took his hand and walked up the steps and to the front door.

““WELCOME BACK!” They screamed as I stepped through the door with Adrian following behind.

The living room was filled with all the people that I loved and missed so much, Anne, Ryan, Bella, and Bobby stood around with hats and noisemakers smiling at us.

Spending the summer with Adrian in California was amazing, but standing in this room made me realize how much I missed home.

“I’ve missed you guys so much!” I said as I hugged Bella and Ryan, and then Anne.

After I hugged Michael and Chase, I saw Bobby leaning against the wall looking at me with a smile.

“Look at you Mr. College guy.” I said as I hugged Bobby so tight.

“You’re cutting off my circulation.” Bobby said and I couldn’t help but laugh.

“So I want you to tell me all about your trip but first I have something for you…” Bobby said. I looked towards Adrian to see if he had any clue what bobby was talking about but he shrugged his shoulders.

“I know when you left New York you didn’t leave much behind, but when you did leave meant a lot to you…” Bobby said.

“So, I thought I should bring a little New York here…”Bobby said as he gestured to the front door.

Everyone attention was focused on the front door waiting for Bobby’s big surprise to be revealed. I could feel my heart beating hard against my chest as I waited.

When the front door opened and the first thing I saw was the U.S army uniform and a bunch of suitcases, but when my eyes lingered to the persons face I saw who it was

“Oh my god...Luke!” I screamed as I ran and wrapped my hands around him.

I could feel the tears fill my eyes and I held him tightly.

“I can’t believe you’re actually here! You haven’t changed a bit!” I said as I looked into his light eyes.

 I thought you were in training camp?” I said as I let go to take a look at him.

“Well I was but we’ll talk about that later….now you can introduce me to your friends.” He said.

 “Okay so maybe I should stop crying like a baby….” I said as I turned back to everyone who looked puzzled, except for Adrian who just looked angry.

“Well everyone this is my best friend Luke, he left New York to go to a training camp for the army before I …uh moved here…” I said.

“Luke this is my aunt Anne, my best friends Bella and Ryan, My boyfriend Adrian, his brothers Michael and Chase, and you know Bobby…” I said with a smile.

“Well Hello.” He said, and they responded…except for Adrian.

“I’m starved, and Id love to hear about what you’ve been doing.” I said to Luke.

“Foods on the table…” Anne said as she gestured to the kitchen.

“I can’t believe you said that to your gym instructor.” I said as Luke told me about his time in training camp as we sat on the couch talking when everyone was inside.
