Chapter 6

I could feel Adrian placing soft kisses on my neck as I slept, it would have been very romantic and sweet if I weren't trying to sleep.

"Go away." I mumbled with my eyes closed.

"We really need to talk." I heard him whisper softly into my ear.

"What time is it?" I asked as I opened my eyes and saw that it was still dark out.

"3 a.m." he said and I pulled the pillow over my head attempting to block out Adrian's voice.

After we left the garage I came back to Adrian's to continue are romantic night. My body was sore and I was so tired, all I wanted to do was sleep for 3 days straight.

"Please Kylie, I can't sleep unless I get this off my chest." He said as he pulled the pillow away from me causing me to groan in frustration.

"Okay we'll talk but I want to let you know that if I'm a nasty bitch tomorrow you can only blame yourself." I said as I turned towards him.

"Dearly noted." He said with a smirk as he gently caressed my cheek.

"I know you think I'm overreacting but I really don't trust that Hunter kid at all, there's just something about him that I don't like." He said as I let out a deep breath.

"Its just I love you so much and I don't know what I would do if anything happened to you. And it scares me that you're going to be alone with him tomorrow." he said.

Hunter texted me before telling me his boss wanted to meet me tomorrow after school. I was excited but Adrian wasn't too happy...

"I know you're just trying to protect me, and I love that about you...but we cant live life being afraid of everything. Hunters just helping me get a job, which I really need. I promise you I'll be careful and call you every 15 minutes." I said with a smile.

"Feel better?" I asked.

"Not even a little..." he said making me laugh.

"Don't worry to much Adrian, you're going to get grey hair." I said as I turned over, leaning my back against his hard chest.

"I love you." He said as he wrapped his arm around me.

"I love you too." I said as I shut my eyes and attempted to sleep for the few hours that I had left.

**Adrian's POV**

The next day when the last bell rang at school I quickly made my way to Kylies locker and waited for her.

I saw her walking down the hall laughing and talking with Bella, but as soon as her eyes landed on me she smiled softly.

"Checking up on me?" she asked as she unlocked her locker.

"Nope, I was going to see if I could talk you out of going today..." I began to say but the hard glare stopped me from finishing my sentence.

"But I could see you made up your mind." I said as she got her books and closed her locker.

"I know you don't want me to go at all, but I'm really glad that you're accepting my decision." She said as she wrapped her hands around my neck and smiled.

"Its very mature of you." She continued as she place a gentle kiss on my lips.

"Anything for you babe." I said.

Just as I began to deepen the kiss I heard a voice that made my blood boil with anger.

"Kylie you ready?" Hunter said from behind us.
