It's lunch time. Yay,fave part of the day where everyone since in their stupid little group. You know, the jocks with the jocks, the goths with the goths, the nerds with the nerds, the druggies with the druggies. Then there's my equally dull friends. We really don't have a group. Mainly because it's fucking stupid to give someone a label for their own liking.

My thoughts were distracted when Ansley and Emily,my other best friend, came to sit with me. "Sup, fuentes?" Ansley teased as Emily laughed. "Hey guys." I greeted them. "How's your day been so far?" Emily asked. I said "It's been good so far." She smiled and said "that's great."

That's Emily Tekel, my other best friend. She's the posi pop punk princess who loves cooking and pop punk. She calls herself avocutie or sometimes we call her Emoly as a joke. But let me tell you, this girl can cook really good.

"So guess what happened in photography class?" I asked. They both looked at me. "What happened?" Ansley asked as she picked up a fry and ate it. "So, Mr.Stanford wants me to be the photographer in the Annual Autumn Festival." Emily looked at me surprised. "Seriously? That's awesome." I then said "Thanks." Ansley then asked "Are you gonna do it" I said "Hell yeah, I'm gonna do it." She then looked at me confused. "I thought you didn't like school events." I sighed. "I know, but this is a chance where I really wanna put my skills into work and just for cruddy homework and projects. This will show my chance to be a professional photographer." Ansley then said "If you wanna do it, then do it." I smiled at her.

"Sup girlies." Nick said as he was walking with Cody. That's Nick Catino. He's just like Emily, a huge fan of pop punk. Some people think Emily and Nick were thing, since they go way back. But they've always said they were just friends. And thats Cody. Cody was casual and cool and was always at shows. Whether they were tours or even basement shows,he was always there. I've been told he has a crush on me,but I've always brushed it off.

"Hey." I greeted them as I took a bite out of my sandwich. "So, what's new?" Cody asked. "Taylor is photographer for the Autumn Festival." Ansley said as she took a sip from her water. "Really? Alright, nice Taylor." Nick said as he gave me a high five. I said thank you.

Then one of the jocks who hate Nick so
Much decided to throw a fry at him. "Piece of shit!" He shouted. Nick turned around and three a piece of his burger at him. "Let me eat my food like you eat girls out!" Nick shouted back. Then next thing I know, it's a food fight.

I go underneath the table so that I don't get hit while Emily tries to get Nick and stop him. Ansley just gets up and runs because she really didn't want to deal with anyone's shit. Cody was sitting next to me underneath the table.

"Man,people just have no chill." He said laughing. I nodded with agreement. "It's so stupid. If you hate someone, keep it to yourself." He laughed again and said "Yeah,I know." He then looked at my crew neck. "You still like Pierce The Veil?" I smiled and nodded. "Yep." He said "That's really cool. Caraphernelia will always be my favorite song by them." I looked at him and raised an eyebrow. "I thought you didn't like them." I said. He then said "I decided to listen to them because I never listened to them and you know, don't judge a book by its cover." I nodded since he had a point.

I looked at the time and realized that I had to go to 6th period soon. "You think you can help me get out of here so that I could go to my next class?" He smile and nodded. "I'll cover you so that you don't get it." We got up and we ran to the exit. Luckily,we weren't hit.

"Thanks, Cody. Your the best." I said. He smiled and said "No problem. See you later, kid." As I left, I said bye to him.
