Haru - K Project Fanfiction [On Hold]

Prologue

My name is Haruka Harukaze. It's kinda embarrassing, so I prefer to be called Haru. As of now, I live in Shizume City. I use the term 'live' very lightly, as I've never actually had a physical place to live in. For as long as I can remember, I've just aimlessly wandered the city streets. I've lived this way because I'm not like most people. I don't know the term for it myself, but I've heard people use the word 'Strain' before. Basically, I have these weird powers that nobody else has. What are these powers, you ask? To be specific, the manipulation and generation of electricity. I've never had a lot of control of these powers, so I often cause power-cuts or malfunctions in technology around the city. Because of this, I have been in a lot of trouble with SCEPTER 4, and they have regularly tried to capture me. They were actually successful a while ago, but I managed to escape eventually. Ever since then, I've somehow managed to always get away from them.

However, that isn't always the case, but fortunately I happened to have luck on my side at that time...
