queen.
one of the greatest bands to have ever existed. in case you don't know much about queen, i will give you a few important facts about this beautiful band.
i. freddie mercury. the lead singer/piano player.
ii. roger taylor. the drummer.
iii. john deacon. the bassist.
iv. brian may. lead guitarist.
v. "we've gone overboard on every queen album. but, that's queen."
queen is most know for their song 'bohemian rhapsody' [ 1975 ].
it consists of 3 different genres, beginning with a rock ballad, transitioning into a rock opera, & moving into straight up rock, but ending with the rock ballad.
queen still remains a band, even after freddie's passing, with adam lambert as his replacement. i don't consider adam a technical 'replacement', because no one could ever replace freddie, although adam is great.
queen will continue to be one of my favorite bands until the end of time.
