yet, another amazing band that i am obsessed with.
facts:
i. kurt cobain. lead singer/guitarist.
ii. krist novoselic. bassist.
iii. dave grohl. drummer. he is now the lead singer & guitarist of the 'foo fighters.'
iv. pat smear. rhythm guitar. he now plays the rhythm guitar in the 'foo fighters.'
v. nirvana was a band from 1987-1994.
nirvana became a band in 1987, not starting with dave grohl or pat smear in the band [ dave joined in 1990; pat in 1993 ].
they remained a band until 1994 when kurt cobain died.
this band has truly changed me as a person, while also changing my view on music, & what music should be. nirvana was raw, & different.
they were themselves.
not what anybody else wanted them to be.
i love this band with all of my heart, truly.
