Bri'Asia POV
I was in class doing a presentation on how to do a proper and complete face lift when I felt my phone vibrating in my pocket. This presentation was really important and worth 40% of my overall grade for this year, and this was my first year so it had to be a high grade for me. I figured that who ever it is could wait until afterwards.
I finished up with my presentation and made my way to my seat while the other students applauded me. I felt so proud.
My phone was still continuously vibrating so I just took it out my pocket and powered it off.
Fifteen minutes after the bell rang.
I turned on my phone and saw over 20 missed calls, 15 voice messages and multiple texts from my sister and brother. I quickly dialed my sisters number and placed the phone up to my ear. While waiting on her to pick up I made my way out of the school parking and on to the highway. Aliyah and I had plans meet up for lunch.
"Hello." Her voice cracked and I heard light sobs.
"What's wrong?? Why are you crying??" I started to panic
"Its mom. She's in the hospital. They said she just passed out in her store."
"OMG! I'm on my way."
I quickly disconnected the call and sped to the hospital. In less than 5 minutes I was pulling up to the hospital. I quickly made my way inside and ran up to the front desk.
"Maria King's room number please"
She quickly typed something into the computer and look up at me.
"Room 383" she said like she had no cares in the world as she was handing me a visitors pass.
"This bitch" I said grabbing the pass and making my way down the hall and onto the elevator. The elevator finally stopped and I got off looking for the room.
When I found it, I look through the glass and saw Bj and Tay sitting and talking to mom. No sign of dad.
She's fine. Thank God!
I slowly pushed open the door getting their attention.
"Hey baby girl." Mom said smiling weakly .
"Hey mommy. What happened to you? How are you feeling?"
"Well I'm not quiet sure. I'm waiting on the doctors to cone back"
"Oh OK. Where's dad?"
"He said he's in a very important meeting. He'll be here as soon as possible" Tay responded with an eye roll.
"Oh" I simply stated back.
By now bj was asleep on the small hospital chair.

Brian POV
"Hello"
"Hey baby, haven't seen you in a while"
"Got caught up with work. Its been hectic but how are you and my baby"
"We good. Got another appointment next week and I'll find out the sex then"
"Oh that's great baby. Meet me at the mall today and we can start looking at some things for you and the baby"
"Alright love you"
"Love you too"
~AT THE MALL~
I pulled up beside Camille's car and got out. She got out and waddled over to hug me. We intertwined our fingers and walked up to the entrance.
"So where's your wife and kids?"
"Well I got a call that she in the hospital but I'll find out more about that when I get a chance. Right now it about me and you"
"And this baby" she smiled
"That's right"
"So you do know that I'm gonna need help and everything now since I'm getting bigger?"
"Yea babe. Do worry I got it all sorted out"
After hours and hours of shopping he brought Camille back to his house and told her to get comfortable with the new puppy he bought her.
"Baby come watch this movie with me and let's cuddle"
"OK babe"
The cuddled up on the couch and watched Madea Christmas.
