I get up and cross my legs Indian style and stare at him supporting my chin with my hands. I wait for him to reveal the mystery behind him not killed; not that I wanted him dead.

He sighs and gets up walking towards the table. His bare back flaunting his toned muscle; have a butterfly effect on me. He pulls a drawer and pulls out a pen and a pad. Shuts the drawer, walks back, and falls on the bed, flat on his stomach next to me. He raises himself on his elbow and opens the writing pad and clicks the pen open. He starts drawing a pulling lines across the page.

'What the fuck is he doing? Are we gonna play tic tac...'

I look patiently and wait for him to complete and he finishes a cube. Then he draws a road from the front face of a cube and marks it with two standing lines. He uses those to pints and makes a concentric square around the cube. Then again makes a line ahead and a second concentric square. But between the two square he marks a left corner with a small box. He admires his artistic abilities and gives me the paper.

"What? What is it?" I flash the paper at his face.

He turns and lies down on his back with his arms behind his head and smirks.

"That is the reason I'm alive." He winks at me. I stare down at the drawing again but it's so basic that I can't add up its higher importance.

"Darling, you suck at drawing. Terribly. So if you think that I can guess the higher celestial meaning of these geometrical figures that you've scribbled, then you're insane. I'm trying not to be malapert, but you're not helping." I smack the paper onto his face. He chuckles and sits up pulling the paper away.

"Don't be ludicrous love, but that is no ordinary art." He mocks showing me his drawing. I give him a ireful look.

"Ok...ok. Sorry. Ok now listen. This cube," he points at the paper, "It's a vault that is built underground below my hotel in Las Vegas."

I simply look at him, vacant. I had no words to say or ask.

'I have been there several times but not once had a doubt that something mysterious is hidden underneath the very place I once worked. I remember the stay was approximately for two weeks and I tagged along, at all times, everywhere apart from his sleeping hours and toiletries. How could I have not seen it? But then again I never knew my boss was a Mafia either; so that says a lot...'

"You mean to say that this vault is underneath the hotel where we had been. Where we stayed for two freaking weeks, with me following you around and not once did I notice it." He sniggers, his eyes have a playful mischievous look. Look of pride to conceal things.

"Yes love. You seem suprised. What do you take me for, a vacuous dunce."

"Well, darling I never said anything about that, but aren't you jealous for me. I saw your jealousy bloom an hour back. So we'll I guess you are vacuously jealous." I winked.

"No tessora mia, I'm not jealous, I'm just territorial. Jealous is when you want something that's not yours to begin with; territorial is protecting what's already yours." He shrugs winking back at me.

"Fine.. fine.. I don't need a vocabulary lesson. Will you tell me more..?"

"Ok. So this vault is underground and to reach there we need to be in my penthouse on the top floor. Inside that house there is an elevator that runs down directly. It's located near the kitchen, where.."
