Chapter Five:

Alicias pov:

  The whole week went by pretty uneventful. Everyday at lunch I ate with shan and the rest of the girls who still are telling me I should talk to alijah again since I haven't talked to him since that big thing in the cafeteria.

  Today it was Saturday so I really had nothing to do. I woke up with a huge headache this morning and my stomach felt so empty. I got up and went to the bathroom to go shower.

  When I got into the bathroom I looked into he mirror and say the lions nest I call hair on my head. Ugh. I am so happy my hair untangles its self when its under water.

  After my shower I walked into my room and threw on black trackpants my black and a white crop with my white and black obey hat. I am wearing my hair natural today so i just put a little leave in conditioner put on my hat and walked downstairs.  

  As I walked downstairs the aroma of bacon filled my sences.  I walked into the kitchen and saw my mom over the stove cooking and talking on the phone. When she saw me she smiled and continued her conversation with whoever shes on the phone with.

As I waited for her to finish cooking I took out my phone and saw I had four text messages. I looked at the first one and saw it was my ex-bestfriend. The next one was from shanny.

shanny: Hey, a bunch of people from school are going to the beach today. Want to come with me?

me: Yeah sure. I have nothing better to do. What time?

shanny: Uhmm i will pick you up for two thirty?

me: yeah ok! I will send you my address when your on your way.

I put my phone down at the same time my mom got off the phone. "Hey honey what do you have planned for the day?" she asked

"Im going to the beach with shanny today, what about you?" i replied

"Im going to lunch with my work friends. Are you gonna go change then if your going to the beach?" My mom answered with a smirk as she looked at my trackpants. I laughed and started eating the food she put down for me.

  When I was done I went upstairs to change. I put on a nice highlow summer dress witb my hair down without my hat with my bathing suit under and my raybands on. By the time I was done it was already two twenty five so I just texted my adress to shan and waited for her to come pick me.

  As I was outside waiting for shan I saw alijah and his friends outside talking. When I closed the door they all looked my way. I just acted like I couldnt see them and sat down on my swing chair outside.

  "So leesha. Your not going to holla at a nigguh?" I heard alijah say but when I was going to reply I saw shan pull up. I just winked at him and walked to her car.

  "What did lijah say to you?" shan asked when I got in the car.

"I dont even know I wasnt paying attention." I replied.

"You know hes gonna be at the beach right?" she asked wih a smirk. why she was smirking? I dont know.

"Annnnd...? Your smirking because?"

"Hes been telling people you guys are going to get together soon." she said. That just made me mad and even more able to resist his charms.

   After that she drove to the beach. The whole way there I was just thinking how in the world will I be able to resist alijah...

(A/N): Okay! I know it is like mega boring but bare with me I am going to start writing everyday and updating every thursday starting tomorrow.. This chapters short but its gonna be more interesting. Do you guys think shell resist alijah? will they end up together? Comment! Vote! share!
