Chapter 7

Daryl's POV

There was a gunshot ringing through the air and Alex was passed out on my lap and I carried her to the house as fast as possible and laid her on the bed screaming Hershel's name until he came up to the room and told him what happened then I got this feeling that I was loosing the sister I never had. Then I walked outside headed for my tent when I was nearly there I saw something going through Alex's tent. I got pissed off and went to see who was in her tent. When I unzipped the zipper I was shocked to see Glenn in there crying like a baby.

"Glenn what's the matter?" I asked.
"Nothing." He stated.
"Glenn I can tell your lying." I said sternly.
"Ok, I'll tell you it was yesterday afternoon and Alex was sitting in the fields by herself. She was sitting there staring at the sky. I walked up to her and sat right next to her. She pulled her knife out cause I guess I startled her. And when she saw it was me she told me that she saw Maggie and Trevor making out. I told her she was lying and that she would pay for lying. Then right after she was shot I went to the fields again and saw Maggie and Trevor 'playing a game' (you know what I mean). And after that I ran to her tent and cried that's when you found me." Glenn explained.
"Ok sorry buddy," I said to Glenn patting his head," let's go check on Alex see if she is ok."
He agreed and nodded.

Alex's POV
Flashback

I was in school waiting for my mom to come pick me up when I saw this girl with a leather jacket, boots, and skinny jeans. She looked cool. and I saw her dad I guess drive up in a motorcycle and she got on the back of it. Then I saw a boy and a girl that were twins and they were waiting for there mom or dad and when there mom drove up they started to cry. Got in the car. Then my mom finally drove up and I got in the car. She asked how was school and if I got in any fights. I said good and no I lied.

End of flashback

I heard something it was Glenn he said," if I could here him give him a sign I squeezed his hand and I opened my eyes and saw Glenn red puffy eyes crying and he said he was sorry. Then I leaned up and Glenn he grabbed my waist and kissed me on the lips I was shocked at first. But I kissed him back and I was surprised I never kissed anyone before and then Daryl walked in and Glenn jumped up and his face went red but I didn't care. Daryl was so happy I was awake that he hugged me and it hurt but I didn't care. I just let him hug me and then Glenn walked out cause he was red faced.
