Palutena came in the middle of the night, hasn't drunk anything, yet acts as if she did. She giggles without stopping, although she knows I am currently trying to sleep.

"Palutena, pretty please, could you be so kind and be quiet? I wanna sleep", I turn the light on and glare at her.
"Oh, I'm sorry Zelda. You know, Pit was just so cute to me." She points at her skirt, and the little fleck already says everything. "But you could also go and apologize if you are awake."

"What do you mean?", I cock my eyebrow. She giggles even more.
"Link went into the common room and told Samus and me a little bit."
I lean myself against my soft pillow. "Douche..."
"No, cutie. Please go to him!", she begs, and I glare once more. But to be honest, I really have to - he acted right. I need to go.
I throw the blanket away, and enthusiastically run on tip-toes to the boys dormitories.
I stop as I hear quiet muttering from an unknown room. Once I get closer, I notice that some guys - Ike, Marth, Pit, Captain Falcon, Shulk and Link - are sitting in a circle, and Captain Falcon, the oldest one, tries to give them advice. I really am trying to hide a laugh though.

"...en, what do you expect?"
"Well Link can tell." Ike glares angrily at Link, who silently drinks a cup of tea. It's green one without sugar and milk, and at... I caught myself. I know so much about him, and that fascinates me.
"Wanna fight again, Ike? Did you know where this leaded to the last time?" He puts away his cup, and even I can see through the tiny hole that he's starting to get aggressive.
"No, maybe you finally nailed your little bitch? It's already time-"

"Calm down, mate", Captain Falcon throws in, and pushes Ike's chest away.
"Tell me, blondie. When will you bang her just like you did Sheik?"
Link's eyes widen, and my heart literally skips a beat. Was it that what... she meant?
"Ike, shut up. You don't know her at all." He starts cracking his knuckles, like he does always.
"And you do, huh?"
"He does."
I have opened the door, and now lean against its frame. The men gasp shocked.

"Leave, girl. You are not welcome here", Marth says insultingly. I keep standing there.
"Oh excuse me, sir. I apologize. You were talking about such serious stuff...", I blink cutely yet ironically, and turn suggestively around.
"Zelda, wait for me..." I had hoped that he would say this, but Link didn't. I see into his direction, but he keeps his gaze at the floor.
"Link?", I ask mildly. The other boys continue with chatting. "Come with me."

The dark blonde man with a light tan comes through the door, and I shut it. The corridor is dark, only one light shines slightly. Link stands against the wall, his hands in his pockets, eyeing me.
"Hey, that's not you." I put his hands away, but still hold them tightly. He purses his lips, and damn, that looks too good. "I have to apologize."
"For what?" His head moves to the side.
"Overreacting? I don't know. I just did wrong." I lean my head against his warm chest.
I thought he would wrap his arms around me like he always does, or peck my head. He doesn't. Yes Shakespeare, you're right, expectation is the root of heartache.

"Well, then, good night?" I gaze at him questioning, and turn around.
"No, stay with me." My heart lights up. Link grabs my wrist, and drags me into his room.
"Sorry, they just confused me", he says, as he prepares his bed. I stand in the middle of the room, not moving.
"With what?"
"I knew that Sheik is a woman, and yes, I kissed her once. But I am a virgin, I thought you believed it." Link throws his tunic away, climbing into his bed.
"There's a nightgown in the bathroom, I've bought it for you."
I go into it, and see a folded, dotted pajama on the counter. It feels like cashmere. Not like I thought, it is very long and fluffy.

"How do I look?" I step my hand into my hip, and beam. Link gulps.
"Good", he answers simply. Shakespeare, it's your time.
"Good?" I raise my eyebrows, and go to him into the bed.
"To be honest, more than tempting. Stunning. Overwhelming. You are so beautiful, I don't know whether I should touch you or not."
"Nah." I touch his cheek slightly, and stroke his neck. "Forgot about the marriage?"
Now he grins slinkily. "Never. Princess, sleep."
Link eventually kisses the corner of my mouth, leaving a warm feeling in my gut while I slowly fall asleep.
