Who are you?

I got out of bed and went to Oliver's door. I knocked and the door flew open with a very excited Oliver. I laughed and gestured him that we are leaving now. The chauffeur grabbed our bags and we got into the car on our way to the airport. It took about 20 minutes for us to get there but before I walked out of the car I put on my shades and a fedora to hide my face. It didn't work before I knew it I was surrounded by reporters and such. 'Tch so annoying' I thought and moved forward ignoring their questions for me. I got to the desktop and grabbed our tickets. "Alex are you OK?" Oliver asked me with his voice full of concern. I smiled and ruffled his hair as I gave my ticket to the flight attendant. "I'm fine why do you ask?" I said to him. He glared at me and fixed his hair "Oh I don't know maybe because you are quiet and look a bit irritated." he said. We take our seats and relaxed. "I'm going to sleep wake me when we get there k?" I told Oliver. He just nods and looks out the window again. 'Can't wait to find this jungle's secrets...' that was my last thought and I drifted away falling asleep.

I woke up by someone shaking me. "ugh" I groaned and fell off my chair. I laughed at myself and got up. "So haha are we here?" I asked Oliver who had a wide smile trying. He nodded and we got our bags and went to set up camp. After like an hour or two of walking we fund a nice cozy spot for our camp. I was the one who set up everything while Oliver unpacked. I was setting up my research tent when I heard rustling in the bushes. I turned quickly putting my hand on my knife ready to grab it and strike. The bushes moved again. I went closer just a bit though. It moved again so I just decided to go to the bush. I was about to reach out to it when I saw a tiny hand. 'What the???' I thought and then I little boy fully emerged from the bush. He looked at me with curious eyes and he went up closer to me and lifted his hand up as if wanting to touch my face. I squatted down to his height. He was about to touch my face until "Asher!" Someone yelled. 'Asher? is that his name?' I thought as I saw him turn his head to the direction of the voice. He then looked back at me quickly "I'll be back again." he said to me and ran off. I was about to follow him when Oliver then came running to me. "What's wrong?" I asked a bit disappointed he looked excited "Did you hear it? The girl she's real her yell proved it. Also it proves she is not alone." he told me that's when I realized what he said was totally true and I have more evidence that the other person with her is the little boy, Asher, I smiled widely excited now that the stories were true about the mystery girl.

I put my arm around his shoulder and ruffled his hair. "Well then we better finish unpacking so we can start haha." I laughed and ran to finish the research tent. It took us about 30 more minutes to finish everything. It was already night time and we had a fire ready. I sat on the chair next to the fire as Oliver was cooking fish. After we ate we retired for the night. I couldn't sleep though I kept wondering about the little boy if he really will comeback then I wondered about the girl. "What if she is beauty, or really buff, or maybe even.....' I just kept thinking and eventually fell asleep.

I felt the light on my eyes but did not want to get up yet. I was tired from yesterday. I was about to turn to my side when I felt something cuddling with my arm. I immediately opened my eyes and looked to my side and saw Asher the little boy from yesterday. I stared at him in amazement. He opened his eyes and I notice he has really big green eyes. He smiled and got up then he touched my hair and giggled. "Your hair is soft." he told me I smiled and went to touch his hair but he was a bit timid. "don't worry I won't hurt you." I told him and he nodded so I touched his caramel color hair and it was soft like softer than mine. "Asher, that is your name right?" I asked "Yes it is. What's your name sir?" he asked me. I was astonished as how polite was and how smart he was as well. "My name is Alex. Are you by yourself? How did you learn to talk? How old are you?" I asked him all at once being excited to know more. He giggled "It's a pleasure to meet you Alex. No I am not alone. I was taught by my sister and I am 5 years old." He told me wow I think I fell in love with this little boy. "Where is your sister?" I asked him and all he did was look around acting like he didn't hear me. 'mmm maybe he doesn't want anybody after his sister.' I thought I picked him up and put him on my shoulders. He was scared at first but then he started to laugh. " Well are you hungry? When was the last time you eaten?" I asked a bit worried. "Yes I have eaten this morning my sister made me breakfast." he stated proudly. I laughed and set him down on my desk in the research tent. "Is it OK if I ask you some questions?" I asked him and he nodded I grabbed my notebook and pen and sat down in my chair. "OK, How long have you been here? Is it just you and your sister? How old his your sister? What happened to your parents? Are you friendly with the animals?" I asked him all at once again. he smiled and took a big breath "I been here since I was newborn that is what my sister told me. It is only me and my sister and my sister is now 20. My parents died that's all I know because my sister doesn't like talking about it. Also I am and so are the animals they all love me and my sister especially Tiko." He smiled at the last part he told me. "Who is Tiko?" I asked he smiled and said "Tiko is our guardian. He is a tiger." I smiled but then I had to ask a serious question. "Asher, when can I m-" I was cut off by Oliver scream. Me and Asher came out to see a tiger coming toward Oliver I was about to charge at when I heard someone "Tiko, down boy." a female voice commanded. The tiger,Tiko, backed away and went towards me and Asher. "Tiko!!!" Asher smiled and ran to give him a hug. Then the girl came out I was stunned by her beauty. My mouth fell open "Asher, why are you here? And you over there close your mouth a bug can fly into it and kill you." She said and she shut my mouth and went Asher and Tiko.
