CHAPTER 14: DAY 25

KENAN

I sat on the couch in the living room anxiously waiting for my dad I didn't know what to expect or what to think because my mom was making no fucking sense at all the only thing I could think of that they could both possibly be hiding is something about dads 'secret group' that I didn't know about but other than that I had nothing " mom where did you get that gun ? and why are you keeping me here ?" " It doesn't matter how I got the gun just sit down and wait for Eli" "KNOCK!!!! KNOCK!!!! KNOCK!!!" my mom peeked out the peep hole " it's Eli" when she said that I started to get even more nervous "SLAM!!!!!" "Eli it's time to tell them they already know too much" "dad you have to help us mom has a gun!!" " sit down!! now!! we have to talk to you guys!!!" "just let me leave!!" zonira said "BE QUIET!!!" my dad sat down to speak " well you guys probably already know about corvus but what you don't know is that I used to be friends with him" "WHAT!!!" "ssssh!!!! be quiet Kenan!" he said.

KENAN

My dad breathed out slowly in frustration then spoke " 20 years ago me Jackie, Zoe, Anson, Deanne, Angel and will, we were all at will's Halloween party and a new kid from our school named Isaiah was desperate to fit in and be friends with us so we let him hang out with us, but one night on Halloween will threw a party at some place in downtown and some guy will didn't like crashed the party some of us told him multiple times to get the fuck out, later that night me, Jackie, angel, and Anson, were walking upstairs to help Anson find his phone but we heard some noises in one of the rooms when we opened the door we all saw what looked like to be a fake dead body on the floor as a Halloween decoration, Deanne and zoe came In the room to help as well but when Jackie turned over the body it was that guy will hated, his throat was slit and he had a whole bunch of cut wounds and blood all over his body, will then came out the bathroom with a panicked look on his face and asked us to help him get rid of the body we all didn't want no part of it so we told him no but he said that since we were all witnesses of the death we could all be suspects too plus he was rich so he had a lawyer ready to defend him he also convinced us that if we helped him get rid of the body he could get his lawyer to defend all of us and the body would be pinned on someone else, his plan sounded legit at the time so we helped the nigga put a couple of bed sheets over him and carried the body to the back of the building, we didn't know what to do with it and as we were trying to quickly come up with a plan Isaiah came out the back door so will ordered him to put it in the trash can, Isaiah was so desperate to fit in with the popular crowd he actually did it but when he finished putting the body in the trash can he got a whole bunch of blood on him, will gave him the keys to his car and told him he had another costume in his trunk, we left the party out of fear and tried to forget about it but the next day what will didn't tell all of us was that he put Isaiah's bloody costume in the trash can , so when the police eventually found the body they saw Isiah's bloody costume which made him the number one suspect and since we all didn't want to go to jail we all just decided to say that we all saw Isaiah covered in blood freaked out and left, but the thing that made this plan kind of bad was that we all agreed with Isaiah that he would be safe and the police wouldn't suspect he did anything, the next couple of days we didn't see him at school but I did see him on the streets after school one day, he was hanging out with the weirdo's who liked to wear dark clothes then out of no where the police came to arrest him, the judge ruled that he would go to the Kane asylum mental institute but since will knew the police would question him there he didn't want Isaiah to tell them what really happened so he planed on going there to kill him and make it look like a suicide but some kind of weird massacre happened there and somehow will survived, when he told us what happened we all got scared and formed our own secret group 'the watcher's' yeah I know it sounds kind of corny but we needed a name and besides we made that group as promise that we would help protect any kind of secret we had, inform each other about anything related to the Halloween murder or anything dangerous we needed to look out for also we swore that we would protect each other from Isaiah (A.K.A corvus) if he ever came back for revenge, those were all part of our rules" after my dad told me that shocking ass story my head was just spinning with a whole bunch of what the fucks.

ZONIRA

" Wait! you said one of the rules of your secret group 'the watcher's' was to inform each other of anything about the case.... well did you guys know that Isaiah wasn't his real name ?" "well we just found that out recently" Kenan's dad said.

KENAN

"So your telling me the whole reason corvus is trying to kill us is because of a big fucking mistake you, vinny's dad, sunny's mom, Britt's mom, zonira's dad, Ron's mom, and etsaban's dad made 20 FUCKING YEARS AGO!!!!" "sadly Kenan yes" " this is what I've been waiting to tell you Kenan but I wanted you to hear it from Eli" my mom said "so what do we do now I mean does your group have a plan on stopping him ?" zonira asked "no!" he responded, then all of a sudden my mom put the gun to her head and started crying "I can't live like this anymore!!!" "WAIT!! MOM WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!! "BLAM!!!" "NOOOOOOOOO!!!".

BRITT

We went to the first address on the piece of paper the gas park on 2101 N Northlake Way, but the place was kind of far, I mean I've been around some far places in downtown but this was the farthest I've ever had to go.

KIE

We started getting really close to this place then when I stopped at a red light I saw my stalker again standing behind one of the trees in the nearby wood area across the street, so I just tried to ignore it again I mean it will probably just go away really fast like it always does but then I noticed it started running towards me from the woods at full speed but a soon as a bmw drove right in front of it my stalker disappeared yet again, I swear man I'm really fucking tired of seeing this weird pale ass motherfucker all the time.

ESTABAN

When we drove up to this gas park the place looked different than it did online it was a whole lot bigger, there were only a few people left at the park " so what are we gonna do guys I mean we can't just go inside the gas park while people are still here" "we can wait until they leave besides I haven't seen any of them go inside the place yet so their obviously not here" Britt said " well looks like we're gonna have to hold a stakeout until these niggas get here" kie responded, I would have been mad and said no but I did bring some snacks before we got here and some weed brownies since it's legal now in Seattle so a stakeout sounded okay to me.

BRITT

this Madison chick and her fucking witch bitch squad was taking forever to fucking get here it was 11:58 and she still wasn't here.

KIE

I looked at my watch and it was midnight so I got my keys and was getting ready to start my car but when I looked out my window I saw 3 people wearing black hooded capes going into the gas park "hey do you guys see those people by the park!! ?" " finally" Britt said, I took my gun with me and we all put our amulets on in case they were one of corvus's evil ass minions or something when we snuck I from the side of the park I saw a warning sign that said no one can go inside the park which is probably why no one went inside it earlier today, we climbed up one of the latters and started walking quietly on the bridge as we got closer to a half open door I could hear a bunch of chants and noises so we walked down the stairs, I pulled my gun out because I was starting to get nervous, the chants kept on getting louder " DARK MOON HEAR OUR CRY θεός του κακού (GOD OF EVIL) GIVE US LIFE!!!!" "DARK MOON HEAR OUR CRY θεός του κακού ( GOD OF EVIL) GIVE US LIFE!!!!" we walked closer to the corner to peek and see what was going on, I held my gun tightly as we peeked through the corner but all I could see was them chanting and pointing at a big hole in the ground filled with orange fog, we turned around to go to see if Madison was at a different part of this park but out of no where my stalker was right there In front of me this was my first time seeing it face to face it looked like a pale white vampire creature from one of blades movies, I pointed my gun at it ready to shoot but the creature's skin started shedding and we started to see someone under the skin, when all of it's skin fell off it was a girl with long black hair, emerald green eyes, covered in a whole bunch of tattoo's "who the fuck are you I said" " i'm Madison she responded".
