Chapter 10

After last night I decided that, I was going to avoid Isaac . Today , we have a match . Whatever happened last night ? . It was repeating in my mind again and again . I was like what was happening with me . Why I was feeling so shy ? .

This new kind of feeling is never something I thought I would feel because of Isaac . This is wrong , really wrong .

He is my enemy the boy who I compete in school I academics leaving the sports . He is really good in sports .

Emily broke my thoughts. I was so lost in myself that didn't even realize that all the other girls left for match .
'are you alright, I have been talking to you but your so lost . What are you thinking? Said Emily .'

Nothing I was just thinking about the match . 'yeah , im also excited about today's match said Emily.'

I was still in my comfy clothes from last night . ' the match will start in Half-an- hour . So get ready and I will wait for you said Emily.'

No , you should go Brian would love to see you before match . I will meet you their only save me a seat .

' are you sure your fine ? Said Emily.'
Just go to Brian and I'm totally fine . She left after five minutes .

Then I was laying down in my bed . I didn't feel like going match . So I took out mom's diary and opened page 8
Past 2003

Its been five days , since I realised my feelings for him and I haven't told him about it .

The thing is that it was really hard to say anything. I just keep admiring him when he is making coffee in the kitchen .

Because of that I was losing my focus in work . I made a huge mistake in the account book instead of writing down an amount as 40000 dollars I wrote it as 400 dollars .

But Ms Haley saw my mistake on time so I corrected it . I was literally losing my mind . I even served wrong orders to customers .

This was like first time I was doing things wrong , unfocused and lazily. You know what I kind of liked doing it .

Everytime, ryan was laughing at me and he even said that it was cute .

Ms black was not happy about the way things were going with me . So she gave me half day off . I didn't wanted to come home .

I wanted to be near Ryan . But I had to leave because she could suspect something . I don't want her to know about my feelings for Ryan .

She will not like this not at all . I was home so I decided to do some cleaning. Tiffany and aunt Griffith were not home .

They went to the market . I was just about to finish my cleaning. Some one rang the door bell . When I opened the door it was my dad standing in front of me .

James George carter .' Hey , dad .' I don't how those came out of my mouth instead of good evening .
"New York has really affected you alot dad said ."

Why do you think so? . ' im here to see how both my daughter's are doing said dad .'
After two hours tiffany came back and she entered the house . She shouted my name loudly .

I was trying to lower her voice . " what has happened to both of you Said dad."

Then aunt Griffith was also back . Then from their everything went really bad .
" why are you shouting at your daughter's said aunt Griffith."

"My daughters are shouting and they are saying hey to their father instead of wishing good evening said dad ."
" stop being so old school . They are enjoying their life in new York said aunt Griffith."
