Chapter 28

after Ryan dropped us . Mom has been lost in her own thoughts . She is smiling like crazy . " mom , are you alright ? " I asked her as I followed her to our room . " yes , I'm fine . Why are you asking me that ?" She said.

" nothing just like that , I'll go and see if Brian or aunt tiffany are back" I said and left her alone in room . I ran towards the lift and called Brian to know where is he ?.

when I got down , Brian didn't picked up my call . Then I called Lola's number , even she too didn't picked up . Then I called aunt tiffany, she picked up " where are you ? " I asked her . " we are on our way to hotel " she said . " is Brian there " I asked her . " no he left , after your mom and you went to look for that shop " she said .

when she told me Brian is not their for a minute I thought why both Brian and Lola are not picking up their phones?. May be they are together. I was actually doubting my friends. Don't think like that I said to myself. Then I realize I was standing in the middle of the hall way of hotel talking to myself .

I quickly went to restaurant and waited for aunt tiffany. After few minutes, she came with Sylvester and Lilith . " so did your plan work ?" She asked me . " yeah the meeting has been done "I said smiling at her . " mom what he plan " asked Lilith .

we both looked at her . " why don't you and your brother order something for all of us " aunt tiffany said to her . " yeah , mom has been smiling to herself since we came back " I said. " do you really think this will work" she said with worried look .

" yes, it has started working already" I said to her with a smile . Aunt tiffany called mom down to join us for food . " just keep noticing what mom is doing ?" I told her. After few minutes mom joined us . Lilith , Sylvester and I already started eating our food ." So did you find the shop? " asked aunt tiffany to mom .

" no , we found something else " mom said in excitement. Aunt tiffany and I looked at each other and than at mom . " you were right, it worked" said aunt In a low voice . After eating we went back to our room . Mom was taking shower so I took out her phone from purse .

I looked for Ryan's number . I texted him " hey , hi " . In a minute , I received a text . I opened it .
Ryan : " hi " .
Before I could text him back mom came out from shower . I quickly deleted the deleted the text .
" des, what are you doing with my phone ?" Said mom drying her hair . " I was calling Lola " I said in normal voice . " okay , is their any text or call " she asked me .
" no " I said . Then she brushed her hair and changed her clothes. I gave her the phone and she was looking at it in every ten minutes. My mother was getting impatient .

I was sleeping and then I woke up in midnight. I saw my mom quickly going towards the balcony .
I got up and quickly got near door . " should I call him or not" said mom to herself. Mom was talking to herself . I was about to laugh at her but I put my hands on my mouth and controlled myself .
" I think I shouldn't, what if he is sleeping" she said . My mother is really acting like a teenage girl. Mom looked at her phone for a minute .

" I think I should go back to sleep" she said turning towards the door . I walked into the balcony rubbing my eyes pretending that I just woke up from sleep . " mom what are you doing in the middle of the night ? " I asked her . " nothing baby, I couldn't sleep . So. I was just enjoying the view " she said and went to bed .

I followed her . After mom was sleeping, I could think of how to just get out her feelings for Ryan . When I woke up it was 7.a.m . I got ready and decided to go check on Brian. I went to his room , when knocked for few minutes . But no answer and I even called him . He wasn't picking up . Then I turned the door knob and it wasn't locked.

before going in I decided to get in slowly . I opened the door slowly and got inside the room . What I came across next was something I was doubting before . Lola and Brian were sleeping with each other . They were cuddle with each other . I decided to leave quickly . Before any of them see me . I am going to wait until they tell me themselves.
