Once again

chapter 18

Brian brought me home and Mrs stillinski stayed at the hospital . Mom was still unconscious because of medicines.

I brushed my teeth and showered. Then I checked my phone it was dead . Last night I was just looking at my cell in every five minutes.
I was eagerly waiting for mom to wake up . I put it on charging.
I went down and Brian was sleeping on the sofa . I didn't wake him up .
I looked for some bread and butter to make some sandwiches to eat .
I was hungry and tired . So i decided to sleep after breakfast . Brian also went to his house to change and rest .

When I woke up it was 1:00 p.m. I got a call from Brian that my mom woke up. So he was coming to take me to the hospital.

I went to my mom's room and grabbed her clothes , brush and some personal stuff that she can use there .
I quickly got down and waited for Brian .
After ten minutes, he came . I locked my house and went to hospital.
We took our visitor passes from Mrs stillinski and went to her room .

I could not hold my tears and I ran to her side hugging her as tightly .
" I'm fine now des . I was exhausted due to work nothing else" said mom patting on my shoulders.
I knew mom was lying to me but she would never tell me .
" I had so many bad thoughts running in my mind ."
I sat down on the chair . Brian was watching us . " hello Ms carter how are you now ? " said Brian giving her the bag we brought.

" im fine now. I'm really thank full to you and your mom to look after my des " said mom .

Then I realized I forgot my phone in my room . We spend half an hour with her .

Since mom was alright and a nurse was their to look after her . She specifically asked Mrs stillinski that I'll stay with them until she is discharged.
So Brian drove me back to my house .

I firstly ran towards my phone . I opened it there was 20 missed calls and texts from Isaac .

I called him but he didn't picked up .
So I left him a message ." Call me . When you get mu message."
. I sent the text to him .

I packed my clothes and put the letter in my bag . Brian was taking out juice when I got down .

" ready to go " he said. " yeah , lets just finish this and go to your house .

Mrs stillinski gave me Christine's room . She was Brian's older sister and since , she doesn't lives here anymore. Her room was turned into guest room .

I looked at my phone there was no message from Isaac.

I got down for dinner with stillinski's . They have this rule no phones are allowed during dinner .

Brian's parents were talking to each other. So Brian and I quickly finished food and went to his room .

Since , I was bored he asked me to play call of duty with him .
I have been losing for last two hours. " I don't wanna play anymore you kill me again and again. This is not fair . "
" just because you don't know how to play. Don't blame for your death "said Brian with a winning expression on his face .

Then I realized I forgot my phone near dining table. So I said good night to Brian.
It was in the small basket near table . I looked at it . There was a miscalls from Isaac.
I went up into my room and dialled his number .
finally, he picked up. " hello" he said with a sadness in his voice .
Are you mad at me ? . " no , I'm not" he said. Yes , you are .I'm sorry last night my mom had a breakdown.so I was in hospital the whole day .
"How is she now " said Isaac. " she is alright now " I said .

" yeah , I was a little mad but not anymore" said Isaac. So , how was your day ? . " it was good but still I missed you badly " he said.

" i was just not with you one day and you miss me so bad " .
" so you want me to come over and stay with you" said Isaac.
I'm at Brian's, my mom asked Mrs stillinski to look after me until they discharge her . So you can't come over and stay .
