Alan lounged on the floor, kicking his feet in the air lazily. Drake sat by him, leaning against a chair. He flipped through a magazine, a bored expression on his face.
The dorm was mostly quiet, the occasionally flicking of papers, scribbling of pens and the tapping of laptop keys. Today was a Saturday, so there wasn't much to do. School only ran from Monday to Friday.
Rayne wandered over and took a seat by the lounging Alan. He looked over at the tired looking girl and offered a smile. His black hair was messier than usual, "Good morning, Rayne. How are you feeling?" He asked casually.
Rayne shrugged and blew her fringe out of her eyes, "Tired... I didn't sleep all that well last night. I was meant to go out with Kady today but she backed out last minute."
"Aw, lame." Alan replied sadly, "Do you want to go out with me, instead?" Rayne pondered in thought for a moment before crossing her arms.
Drake peered up from his magazine, a stupid look across his face, "Dude, not cool." He growled, "She moved in like two days ago and you're already trying to pick her up?"
Alan's head snapped around quickly, "Oi, shut your mouth, dude! I'm trying to be friendly!"
Kaleb and Xander leaned over the couch to look at them, amused looks on their faces, "Yeah, Drake, stop spouting the truth, it's rude." Xander retorted sarcastically. Alan turned his head to glare viciously.
"Yeah, trying to pick her up soon is pretty tacky..." Kaleb frowned and turned back to what he was doing. Evan made his appearance then. Chewing on some gum and shoved his hands in the pockets of his coat and smiled.
"Hey, hey. Alan doesn't have a girlfriend, if he wants to pick somebody up let him, even if it is New Chick." Rayne glared up at him then.
"My name is Rayne." She growled up at him, "And Ally, I would love to accompany you." The two got up rather quickly after the casual teasing from their dorm mates and raced out the door.
Rayne sighed against the morning sun. It dances on her skin and she looked up to the sky. Her long brown hair heen tied into pigtails, but she'd let her fringe dangle over her face. Her outfit consisted of a pair of shorts, her usual green converses and a simple shirt with a popular pop-culture singer on it.
"Sorry they all tease you like that." Alan forced a chuckle and tilted his head down a little, "I'll speak to them about it later and tell them to stop if you want."
Rayne shrugged and fiddled with the bottom of her shirt, "It's okay, I got teased a lot back in my old dorm. I'm used too it."
Alan passed a curious look in her direction, "What? Why?"
"Promise not to laugh?" Alan nodded his head happily, a smile on his face. A thick blush painted Rayne's face, "They teased me because my boobs are small..."
A silence fell between them as they wandered. Alan kept his laughter in and let out a small sigh, "Oh. That... sucks?" Rayne sighed, looking down at her feet, "I usually get teased because I don't have many friends... So I don't know what its like to have small boobs."
