Anna wasn't getting high enough grades in her exams to graduate from high school and she needed extra credit, but she doesn't know what to do.
There's no time to join any clubs and there is no way she is going to get extra credit before graduation in only four weeks time.
Anna's mother will kick her out of their home if she doesn't graduate. She doesn't know what to do. So she reaches out to her favourite teacher, Mr Davis, for help.
Mr Davis suggests a few things, but it's no good, Anna isn't going to graduate and she'll just have to deal with the fact that she'll be kicked out of her home.
Until Mr Davis has an idea...
He hands Anna a small piece of card with words scribbled over it.
