I opened one eye slowly. Half expecting this all to be a crazy dream and my foster mom appearing to appear to ruin my morning.

But nothing happened...just peaceful silence.

I tried to recollect all the events of last night. The school has a curfew that even I can't break so I wasn't able to go to my dorm. Kayla and I ended up sleeping in somthing that looked like a guest house.I know right..my school has a guest house?..well there were several actually.

I exhale lightly, then get up. Not surprisingly there are fresh folded clothes by my bed...I dont think I'll ever get used to that though.

I brush,then take a shower, and put on the black and white t.shirt, skinny jeans, and a pair of high tops.

Just as I finish tieing my laces, I hear a quick rap on the door.

I open it to find kayla. She looked gorgeous in her yellow dress complementing her light skin and golden eyes, with the skirt just cutting off above her knee.

She smiled...actually, she looked like a whole different person from the one I met just a few days ago.

"Hey there"I say..a little bit too cheerfully. "Hi, did you sleep well." She asks as I leave my room, and we head to the exit of the building.

"Yea...better than i have in a while."I reply. "Good,cuz im gonna give you the grand tour of the whole academy today " she says smiling.

"Wait...you mean this whole island??" "Yup:-)"

"Lets head to the dormitories first to go see your new team."

We kept walking for about 10minuites. "This place is awesome." I saw different people, different looks, some in groups, others walking in two's,some individually.

Ofcourse, I saw others flying. I occasionally felt a gust of wild as something sped past me.

I saw this particular girl dragging a guy towards a building wall. Then she started running while pulling him. And to my suprise, she disappeared into the wall. Can't say the same for the guy with his face mashed into the wall though.

Kayla laughed. I guess she saw it too. "That's Zed and Anya. Anya can materialise through objects and likes to get to places quickly. So sometimes she forget her boyfriend can't do the same. "

"Good thing he has vampire healing. "She giggled. "A vampire?!...in the Sun?? "I exclaim.

"Oh...i didn't tell you? The school provides objects that are needed for the saftey of all students. Such as daylight rings,Moon rings,Magic control amulets,tranformation bracelets, you name it."

"Oh cool, I wonder what I can get...ughff!" Someone slams into me so hard is fall flat on my ass.

Still clutching onto my painful shoulder, I look up to see my attacker's face.

He was blonde, with his hair up in an almost spiky manner, about my height with the same pale blue eyes. He was a bit muscular plus I sensed an evil air around this guy. And he wasnt alone, I counted 7 all together all blonde with blue eyes. It took a few seconds for me to realise...this was a group of furians!

"August!!WTF you asshole! Watch where you're going. " kayla says while shoving the spiky blonde boy,her eyes glowing.

"Chill out flame bitch, we're just having some fun with the new guy....wait a minite....guys look at his hair."

"And his eyes!" A fatter but taller boy said.

"Ohhh, this must be the special arrival the principal announced about this morning."the spiky one said.

"The so called furian Prince..hehe..lets see if he's as good as all the trouble he's caused. Said Another one In the group.

"Like hell I'd let you do that!" Kayla said as a sun shaped flame materialised into her open palm.

"Shush bitch.." he said pointing his index finger at her. I heard a short,soundless boom as she was thrown back with terrifying force to the nearby building.

I didn't have time to think. I was acting on pure instinct when my hand went up in kayla's direction.

She stoped almost immediately and I set her down carefully.

I stood up, now facing the bastard who dared to hurt kayla.

My fists tightened. I felt the enery pump through my body. I felt my hair stand on end as my eyes changed colour to Crystal. I could feel loose rocks rising from the ground slowly as the blue flame-like aura engulfed my body.

"Stand back guys...I'll take care of this one." The spiky haired guy stepped foward with his hands in his pockets.

"So...you really were a furian...but you cant be the prince...you're a fake. "

"Let me show you the power of a true furian.. hehehe,I'm gonna beat you without even taking my hands out of my pockets."he said smirking.

"Shut up..."

"YOU ASSWIPE!!".

I pushed with my legs as hard as I could, and I shot towards the bastard like a bullet.

He only had enough time to widen his eyes in suprise as my fist made contact with is face.

There was a mini sonic boom as he richocheted from the force of my punch.

To my suprise he only flew about 20metres before suddenly stopping in midair, then landing with one knee on the ground and one hand on the floor.

"That was a pretty good attack..pushing yourself with telekinesis then punching me with the momentum and even added force. Had I not reduced gravity before your punch hit me, I would be dead by now."

"But still...your power is weak. NOW DIE!!!"

At that moment I felt gravity triple on me...I fell on my knees in crushing pain but still tried to resist the force.Causing the ground beneath me to crack.

In an instant a boy appeared inbetween me and my opponent. He looked at August,the person altering gravity and a black vortex formed under his feet.

I felt the gravitational force ease immediately, as my attacker fell into the vortex.

Chill out for the next half. I'm trying to be more frequent in my writings.
