Cabin twelve looked very. . . empty.

It wasn't like empty as in nobody lived in it, it was empty as if the feeling of home had went away.

There was no personal decorations, no pretty little christmas lights. Nothing. Just grapevines and bottles of wine.

Useful. Like they are even legal to drink them.

"Hi!" a boy greeted, and standing next to him was a similar looking boy.

They were average height and built and their blonde hair was unruly. They stared at her with their violet eyes, but their eyes weren't a shade of black that was so dark it looked like violet, it was actually a dark purple color.

"I'm Pollux," he said, "I always wanted a sister."

Mirren smiled brightly as she took a twirl around the cabin.

"And I'm Castor. Before you ask, yes we are twins."

"Uhm, I'm Mirren Dane," she started off, a little awkward. "I guess I'm your new sister."

"Welcome, and uh, we'll get you a bed. It's stored somewhere." Pollux explained, glancing at the two queen-sized bed. "And if you have anything to post around, you're welcomed to."

"Why don't you have anything in here?" Mirren curiously asked as she looked to their beds, "I heard you two are year-rounders."

Castor laughed greatly, "We look at the cabin as a place where we sleep, we usually spend a lot of time in the Big House. We have a room there, It's unfair but. . ."

"Woah, really unfair but I think I see a cockroach so I can't really compete with you."

Annabeth knocked the cabin door a few times, though it was wide open. Mirren gave Castor and Pollux a look, to which Castor replied with a nod. She made her way to Annabeth who was sitting on one of the wooden chairs.

"Clarisse wants to talk to you," Annabeth stated, "she also wants to train you."

Mirren raised her eyebrow, "Now? I just got to Camp, what, like a day ago? I got claimed, and I have the rest of the summer to train- "

"Yeah, this Camp might not even be up until September." Annabeth muttered. Mirren's eyes popped at Annabeth's mention.

"What?" she asked, "What's going on?"

"Remember that Chris guy?" Annabeth asked, moving uncomfortably in her chair, "Well, I said that he was from the Labyrinth, right? But, he's gone insane. He keeps talking about string, which means they're searching for Ariadne's string─"

"Who's they?"

"Luke's men. Kronos's army." Annabeth said, a bit annoyed Mirren cut off her sentence.

Mirren decided she'd ask someone else about Luke.

"As I was saying, it means that Luke's men are searching for a way to navigate the Labyrinth, to find Daedalus's workshop. But it driven Chris insane, why we haven't sent out a quest."

"How does that tie to me?" Mirren questioned.

"If you can cure him, we might get more insight on Kronos's army."

"No, no. Annabeth, what if he becomes more insane? I can't control it."

"You won't, I know you won't." Annabeth assured. "It's going to be okay. Now, Clarisse has been waiting for you."

Annabeth led her to the training area, which was near the volleyball field, and she was really bothered because the many people surrounding her.

"Okay, Mirren."Clarisse said, "I'm going to teach you, how to wield a sword and a dagger."
