I stood and stared into the sky. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Kaleb and Aiden still sitting and I growled. I always have to do everything.
I somersaulted towards them and they looked at me. I punched Jordan in the eye and whispered in her ear quickly, "I should have killed you when I had the chance."
Jordan grinned and made Kendall stand back and glared at me.
"Yes you should have."
Then she let loose a blood curling scream and the forest erupted into flames. The power knocked me back.
I couldn't defeat her.
Then I remembered how the three witches had chosen me to kill Kaleb. So I must have power...
And I wouldn't give up.
I swept my arms around and we were encased in solid ice. I laughed. "Try to burn yourself out of this one.
She growled and had some crazy look in her eye.
"You're a coo coo." I said while waving my finger at her.She jumped at me, nails outstretched. I jumped into the shadows but Jordan was able to grab me by the hair and yank me back.
I screamed and clawed her face. I turned my face to look outside and saw Aiden standing next to the ice, mouthing something.
"Let me in." I sighed. Fine. Die if all I care.
I waved my hands and the ice melted a little to let him through, then shut behind him.
"Okay. What do I do now?" He whispered to me and I laughed.
"I'll give a demonstration." Then I kicked through the air and the air lit up in sparks. They hit Jordan's face and she howled in pain. Tiny burned marks appeared on her cheeks and she breathed fire. I dodged the flames and saw her grin.
That's what she wanted. She knew I would move so it would hit Aiden. I started to run towards him when he just looked at me and I knew that he wanted to do this.
He took a breath and stared at the fireball coming towards him. He took a step
forward and turned. He put his hands in front of him and something strange came out.
Black, dark, kinda purple blast came out. It shot at Jordan, so big that it destroyed the fire on its way and knocked Jordan back so hard she flew out of the ice and onto the ground.
"What was that?!" I asked him.
"If I knew I would have told you duh!!" He yelled. Then we ran out of the hole it made and kneeled next to Jordan.
"That was a bad idea."
She grinned. "No that was a bad idea." Then the trees erupted with people. All wearing black. I looked up and saw Kaleb had disappeared and Kendall was standing alone with the people behind her.
She had blood under her fingernails and her hair was smoking. But she looked fine. She put her hands up and said, "Capture them." They attacked.
They were like a bunch of rats decided to jump on you.
No not rats. Giant people wearing black and have magical awesome powers that everyone has already so it's not so awesome.
Yep that.
They tied our hands and bound our mouths. I could barely breath or move and I saw Aiden next to me.
He looked at me and his eyes said, "What are we going to do?"

Jordan stood over us, grinning like an idiot. "The sweet smell of success." She whispered.
Then she walked away leaving us surrounded by tall, scary looking, powerful people.
Aiden shifted next to me and I looked at him. He blinked at me, then looked behind me.
I turned and saw a figure in the woods. I squinted and peered into the dark trees. The light was fading away quickly and that wasn't helping my eyesight.
The figure stood there, looking at us and then disappeared.
Who was that? I looked at Aiden and he shrugged. I moved my hands and tried for the millionth time to wiggle out of the bounds, without attracting attention from the Shadow Soldiers.
Jordan came back and bent down to look at me. "Where is he hiding?"
I raised an eyebrow and she sighed.
"Kaleb! Duh." I shrugged and waved to a group of people.
"Get the answer out of her. Kaleb wouldn't just leave." Then she stormed away and disappeared into the trees.
Kendall was one of the people who was walking towards us. Great, just great. She had no emotion on her face.
"Get them up." She ordered two scary looking guys.
They grabbed us by the shoulders and lifted us up. "Where is he?" She said.
Her voice was smooth and not what I expected. I thought it was going to sound like a racoon speaking.
She looked at me and punched me across my face. Blood trickled from my nose as my eyes flashed black.
I growled but it didn't sound like my normal growl of angriness. It was like... and animal growl.
Kendall stepped back and the world started shrinking. It became warm and my skin felt fuzzy.
The binds broke and someone screamed. Maybe it was me. Pain ripped through every muscle and every bone in my body.
Then suddenly it stopped and I looked confused at Aiden who was standing behind me looking very shocked."Lydia... what did you do?"
