Traveling Dimensions-Star Stable: Book 1

Some Answers

  I walked into the mess hall. There was about 50 tables which seat 8 each. 400 people can eat here. There was tables with food on them. We were the first ones here.

  "Jist grab some food you want and meat us at that table over there." Nicky said pointing to a table. 

  "Mkay." I said and grabbed a hamburger. I went over to where Anny, Nicky, and Molly were and sat next to Anny.

  "So, how does this place work?" I asked right as I sat down.

  "Well, when you first get here you stay in one of the cabins. Then about a month you will talk to your parents to see if you can stay here permitly. When you do you get a room in the Big House with 2 or 3 other girls. If you also like the horse that you loan you can buy it and it will be yours." Molly  said.

  "Awesome. When can I start riding my horse?" I just want to know when I can get home. Wait don't I have school on Monday. Wait no. Thanksgiving holiday break. I could stay here til Thursday if I wanted to.

  "Tomorrow. Jess will show you around." Molly said. I am gitting good at remember there names.

  "I can't wait!" I exclaimed. I ride a lot at home. I show western sometimes when there is a show nearby. "So how long have you been here?"

  "We have been here for 2 weeks." Nicky said.

  "I've been here for 5 days so I'm pretty new." Anny said.

  "I have been here for 2 hours." I said jokingly. We all laughed.

  "May I sit here?" A voice said. I think I saw her in our cabin earlier.

  "This is Hazel. She's in our cabin." Anny said.

  "Hi." She said. She seemed like the girl who everyone liked. I would probley think of myself as somewhat shy but always nice. Well, I couldn't talk in front of a group of people, but I could make friends easily.

  "Hi I'm Myra." I said and she sat down next to me.

  We ate and talked. They were really nice girls. Molly is really tough while Nicky is more of a sweetheart. Anny is like a rich but nice girl.there are all 13 the same age as me. I got up to throw away my trash when I bummed into a guy.

  "Sorry!" I said.

  "I should have look where I was going. I haven't seen you around are you new?" He asked.

  "Yes. I just got here. I'm Myra." He liked about 13.

  "Cool. I'm Jack. You probably met my older brother, Matthew. He works at the stables." He said.

  "Yah. I got to go. See you later." I said and walked over to where my friends where standing by the door.

  "See yah." I heard him said as I walked off.

  "Who was that?" Hazel asked.

  "Just a guy named Jack." I said.

  "Let's head back to the cabin." Anny said. We walked back to the cabin. I got onto my bunk and herd my phone vibrate. A text from mom. 

  Be good at your friends house. Love you. Come back on Wednesday.  It said

  Ok mom love you I replied. I got to know the other girls in the cabin. There was 9 girls in this cabin. Including me. Anny, Hazel, Molly, Nicky, Sarah, Hannah, Samantha ,and McKenna. They were nice. We went to bed at 10:30. I woke up in the middle of the night. I sat up on my bed. My phone was right above my head. On the self at the head of the bed. I got it a week ago. I saw The girl across me ,McKenna, sit up.

  "Can't sleep?" She whispered to me.

  "Yah." I said back. She got out something and tossed to to my bed. It was a stuffed animal.

  "It helped me get though my first night. Her name is Lucy. Keep it along as you need." It was a stuffed dog. I had a yellow lab named Bella at home. It looks just like her.

  "Thanks." I went back to sleep.
