Ed's POV

My face goes red in embarrassment as she gives me a startled look as Niall scratches the back of his neck not knowing what to say.

   "Are you okay?" She asks me as I sit in the middle of coffee river.

flustered i reply, "uh yeah"

she holds her small hand to help me up i lift my hand from the ground, my hand is soaked so pumpkin spice drips from mine i awkwardly take her small one she easily pulls me from the ground "where'd you get all that muscle from princess" i laugh as she grins "cheer" i cheekily smirk "a cheerleader eh?" she raises an eyebrow at me looking amused.

i then remember im covered in pumpkin spice and close my eyes "hey niall?"

"yes?" i take a deep breathe

"go get Malik" (a/n:Zayn's the boss ;)

i heard nialls feet scatter off to find our boss as i stand there in front of Joi sticky from pumpkin spice shes looking at me with amusment still when i speak.

"what?" i say confused

she smiled a little then spoke "nothing your eyes are just a really pretty green" i smirk "thank you princess" she then laughed a little rolling her eyes.

"what happened here?" Zayns voice booms as he walks through with niall nervously behind him

"it was a mistake the machine wouldnt turn off and it started to over-" he cuts me off

"i am so sorry for this inconvenience m'am if you would like niall could get you what ever you would like, on the house please get out of this mess" zayn says politely holding his hand out to get Joi out of the pumpkin spice river.

she just smiles "its fine i didnt like these shoes much anyways but i could stay to help clean up if you would like".

shes so polite. my heart flutters.

"that isn't needed but if you would like to help Ed over here after his shift is over to clean this mess up your more than welcome to"zayn speaks, glaring at me

she just flashes another smile as zayn turns to niall and tells him to clear everyone out and his shift is over.

"can i talk to you for a moment outside?" he says stepping aside to the entrance door as i nod and walk out.

i stick my hands in my pockets as he talks

"ed you've never been in trouble before so i'm just going to give you a warning but the next time this happens im gonna have to let you go"

i nod understanding making him continue

"after niall has cleared everyone out your gonna stay late to clean this place"

"by myself?" i say surprised

"unless that girls gonna stay yes now go home get a change of clothes and get back here to clean up"

once again i nod walking back inside and stop in front of joi.

"you have to leave"

"i wanna help clean up" she says insistingly

"i have to go change and come back to clean up"

"okay well bye,ed" she flashes me a friendly smile and walks out the door to her car.

i take a deep breathe going to the hooks in the back room to grab my keys as i walk out the door to my car she has already left i think.

this is gonna be a long night.
