Sarah's POV:
Light flooded my eyes. I was glad too. I had no idea what day it was or what time but i was still here. I looked around and saw people with tear stained faces pacing back forth. I was in the hospital. The pain of a IV, which had always bothered me, the white rooms and hand sanitizer smell told me it was a hospital. My mother saw my eyes open. She ran towards me kneeling at my bedside. I shook when her ice cold hand touched my body. I saw the face of my father, brother, and two best friends. Around my bed. They smiled when they saw me. These were almost all the people i stayed alive for. They truly loved me. My eyes swelled up with tears and Jonathon my best friend kissed my hand. He held on tight. Then i saw a boy in the back corner of my room. He turned to look at me. It was my angel. The boy who saved my life twice. A smile came across my face and a tear escaped down my cheek. My mother saw and knew what i was thinking. She told them all to leave and leave her for awhile. They needed rest. Who knows how long i was out. Once everyone was gone the boy shuffled to my bed. I programed the bed to where i was sitting up. He looked at me with those beautiful blue sparkling eyes. That was when i realized god existed. I prayed that maybe i would get to tell my angel thank you and now i could. He does listen. I grabbed his hand. He squeezed mine but was shaking. He was in the same clothes as before. I looked up at him and whispered thank you. Tears formed in his eyes. He nodded back to me.
He was not a big boy. He was very cute though with blonde hair and a nice body. Some of the things i wished for in a guy. He was very quite i thought but maybe that was just because of what has happened. But there was one thing that did bother me about him. I didn't know his name. With our hands still connected i asked his name. He replied in a sweet, majestic voice.
"My name is Niall." His voice gave me butterflies in the pit of my stomach. I wanted him to speak more so i kept on talking to him.
"Thank you so very much for saving my life. You are my angel sweet Niall. I owe my life to you." He kissed me on the cheek. That made my heart race. He began to walk out the door so i called for him.
"When can i talk or see you again?" I asked almost beginning to sob from seeing him go. He turned and smiled back at me.
"Just unlock your phone and talk to my angel." He said. I thought i had just told him about that.
"How do you know i called you my angel." I asked with confusion and pain in my face. The medications were beginning to wear off.
"You spoke it in you sleep with your soft voice. I must be going but if you need anything call." He left the room.
Immediately my friend kaitlyn came in and i screamed for her to get the doctor. The pain was beginning again like on the lake shore. I didn't want my angel to leave my side. There was something familiar about him. I just couldn't understand what. But today was not the day to think of that. I fell asleep and my angel invaded my dreams. 'Dear, sweet Niall don't ever leave my side i cannot bear to live without you.' I said clutching his fit body on that lake shore. He looked me in the eyes, i tilted my head and bit my bottom lip. He leaned in, our lips so close i could feel his breath. Before we were able to touch i was interrupted by worried chatter. I woke up and my entire team filled the room. I was happy to see them but it made me upset he wasn't there. I grabbed my phone, december 22nd it read. I was on the beach the 19th. I unlocked my phone and open it up to see the almost 400 messages of friends worrying and wondering how i was doing. I wasn't even gonna look anywhere else. These people didn't care. At least when i needed their support. And as i was about to open a new message, my phone beeped. It was from my angel.
