Avril's POV

"I think we should go..." I whispered to Al. She was squeezing my hand while I squeezed Pinky's hand.

"No, it's just scary out. I'm sure you're thinking of scary stuff so your hearing things. Lets go." Al said. Pinky was now hugging me from the side, and Al brought us to the rusty schools doors.

"Remember, Charlotte said to meet us inside of the school. I bet she's in the library, or somewhere open. Lets go!" Al said. We tip toed across the dark kid playground over to the doors, too afraid to look inside thinking a scary face would pop up. We tried turning the handle, but it wouldn't bulged.

"Dammit! Now this is even more creepy!" I yelled looking around us. It was still dark and foggy. Shit! How are we going to get into the school now? And where the hell is Charlotte?!

"Let's go tithe front of the school." Al said, grabbing Pinky's hand and dragging it to the gate. I followed, paranoid. We walked over and out of the playground, and headed toward the front door.

"Get back!" I yelled, half whispering hoping no one heard. I pushed Al and Pinky against the brick wall right next to the door. I saw something there, what was it?

"What the h-" I covered Al's mouth before she could speak.

"Someone's there!" I said through gritted teeth.

"I hear it..." Pinky quietly said. Then we listened, and we heard someone unlock, then shut the door. We let out our breathe after holding it in, and slid down to sit against the wall.

"What the hell was that...." Al said looking over to the door.

"I don't know, I just saw a dark figure swoop over to the door before it saw us... The thing is, that swooping didn't look human like..." I said. It was true, it moved in a floating motion. It didn't bounce up in down like you normally would if you ran...

"Shut up, your going to scare Pinky. Uh, what if it was Charlotte?!" Al hissed, trying to make it less scary while holding Pinky. Pinky whined and wanted to go home.

"Wait, I got another text from Charlotte!" Al yelled after feeling a buzz in her back jean pocket. She flipped open her phone, the light shining on her face, and read aloud.

"Hey, where r u? I just got into the school, it's a bit creepy tho. C'mon! Hurry, I don't like being alone with this ouija board!!! I'm in the library, and I got the front door open!" She whispered the text, then flipped her phone back shut and we all stood up.

"Told you guys, she's in there in the library. You two sissy's were just scaring your selves, now c'mon!" She yelled, somehow excited. Probably because she knew she was safe. Then we made our way to the doors.

"I wasn't scared! I could have sworn that figure wasn't her! It was tall and all in black! And how the hell did she get the door open..." I stopped talking in awe and gulped after seeing the door lock looking like it was just sledged with a hammer, Charlotte did that?! I didn't even hear a big band! Something's not right....
