Epilogue.

Enos,

I was five and awoken by my parents they were shouting. This wasn't the first time they argued. Getting out of my bed and crawling to reduce noise going over to the window, climbing up a stool to look out, there was nothing but clouds and a white glow, it was late.

Turning back, still hearing the roars and screams. Looking back toward my door there was a dim glow through the crack. picking the stool up, placing it on my back to crawl toward the glowing door, climbing up the stool and turning the knob, gently pulling the door ajar, It creaked. Freezing in place but nothing but the roars of my parents.

Proceeding forth, going slowly out, turning left, their was nothing but a drop and turning right their was my parents room. it was theirs because the dim glow came from around their door it was ajar and their voices were much louder than before.

crawling inch by inch, getting closer and closer as the sounds grew bigger and bigger.

peeking my head around the door and seeing my mother raise her fist to my father and he retaliated. I screamed. Everything went black.

Morning rose, the birds tweeted out in the tree's, the sun beamed through the curtains slowly awaking and rubbing my eyes, looking around the room it was a mess the lamps were on the floors, clothes were everywhere. Getting up on my feet too look down at the end of the bed, there they were my parents on the floor, still and rigid, going over to awake them calling out to them Mom, Dad. shaking their body's. They were limp like a rag doll. Floods tears burst out. shaking them, calling out to them, I screamed. but nothing.
