Shake The Glass

Chapter 1

    The wind smacked me in the face as I walked. The small delicate snowflakes had turned to vicious ice shards.

  I trudged along in the 3 foot snow that covered the sidewalk. Every time I stepped my feet got colder and wetter.

  I gasped as I felt my body flip over and land on my face. I whimpered as my face was planted into the snow forcefully. Snow was pushed into my mouth and I got up.

  I spit the icy fluff out of my mouth and got up. Only to fall again on the ice coated under the snow. After I got up again and steadied myself on a wall, I cursed under my breath.

  "Hey dipthong!" Who ever freaking pushed me down is gonna get a a$$ whopping!" I shouted angrily turning around.

  But I came face to face with a 3 year old girl. She had glossy brown hair and green eyes.

  But she was crying since it looked like I yelled at her. "Shh" I coed to her. She sniffled and looked up at me curiously.

  "I wasn't yelling at you,  I was yelling at someone else." So please don't  cry." I said to her patting her head gently.

  She stated at me with her bright green orbs and she glared at me. "Old lady has big boobs!" She said before running away into the crowd.

  Don't ask me how she didn't slip in the ice. Heck I would of face planted in the ice.

  I was about to walk away but something caught my eye. I walked over to a gap between two houses. A pair of shiny red eyes pearled into mine.

  I blinked. But when I opened my eyes, I was staring at the darkness seeping out between the gap.

I gulped. This was creepy. But who could it have been?

Time skip 15 minutes

I looked up at the huge oak doors and pushed them open. A blast of warm, cozy air hit me like a hurricane. I sighed in relief and quickly walked in.

Closing the doors behind me. I unwrapped the scarf around my neck, and set it on the coat rack. Along with my wet coat and hat.

My boots and socks were drenched but there was no fixing that.

I walked over to the bar with the sound of sloshing water. Mira, Wendy, Erza, and  Levy were sitting there talking to each other. I dodged a chair with a flying Elfman attached to it. He was shouting about being a man as he flew across the guild. I sweat dropped. Looks like some things were normal.

Well for me.

  Levy saw me and waved to me. "Hey Lu- Chan!" Come over here quick!" Levy yelled to me smiling.

I obeyed and walked over to my best friend. But I shuddered as the water sloshed around more I'm my boots. It was not a pleasant feeling. It felt like stepping in milk. Levy noticed ne shudder as I sat down between her and Erza.

  "Whats wrong Lu-Chan?" Levy asked me worriedly. I smiled and put my right hand behind my head. "A bunch of snow got into my boots and now there is a puddle in my boots." I said, moving my feet around to show her the sound of the water.

   She made a O face and nodded her head. Me and Erza chatted for a little bit before we were interrupted by the bar maid. Mira walked over,and she leaned against the table and put her hands on my shoulders. She looked at me with shining blue eyes. That was not a good sign.
