Tennessee's POV
Howdy, y'all. I'm Tennessee!! I'm so excited to meet y'all. Now most people think that I'm just a stupid, redneck state. But I'm really not. I may love to do thinks like hunt, shoot, and other southern things but I'm not that redneck. I sometimes can be but not all the time. I'm also not that stupid. You know, Chattanooga, one of my cities is actually one of the smartest cities in America. So I'm not that stupid.
Now that that's out of the way. I'm going to to tell you more about me. My states has lots of beautiful places. I've got tons of nice resturaunts, rivers, and I've also got Dollywood. I also invented Cokes. It's tons of fun here. I love all of my cities with all my heart. My human name is Evelyn Jones. I'm very happy being me, good ol' Tennessee. I have made many mistakes in my time but that's what makes me, me.
Anyway moving on to today's plans. We have a national America meeting, a meeting with all the states, tommorrow at my place. Of course I've tidied up the place where the meeting will be held. But now what do I do. I'm bored. Maybe I should text one of my very best good friends, South Carolina.

Wow. That was rude. Sometimes I think South is kinda rude. I don't have that big of an ego do I. Maybe I'll call Alabama. I can always count on him. He's one nice state. We are football buddies. I'll call him and see if he wants to come over. I call him and he answers.

He hung up. Man, I can't wait until he gets here. Maybe I should straighten up the house a bit and then change into something half way decent. Yeah that's what I'll do.

I heard knocking at my door. It must be Bama. Yes finally. I opened the door.
"Hey Ten. It's been a minute." He said as he walked in.
"Yeah what's up."
"Just happy to see you." He bopped my nose
"Happy to see you too!"
I guided him to the guest bedroom. Though I didn't need to he came over often. I trust Bama. I needed to talk to him. But I couldn't say it. Lately I feel like all the other states hate me and the other southerners. I usually love being Tennessee. But lately I've been feeling down. Maybe I need to tell America. He cares about all the states and want them to be happy. But right now I'm sure he's talking to Britain. He always with Britain. Bama started talking pulling me from my thoughts.
"Are you alright Ten, you seem upset?"
" Not really. Lately some states have been kinda rude. I've noticed its towards the southern states."
" Yeah I've noticed that too. It's kinda rude. That stupid California chick started all of this."
"I swear if she's says one word regarding us that will be the end of that ugly face of hers."
"Agreed."
"Well anyway, it's getting late we should probably go to sleep."
" Ten, are you serious, it's only 8:30."
" Yeah, but it did take you 6 hours to get here and you must be tired and I've had a long day of cleaning and getting ready for tomorrow. Also we have to wake up pretty early for the meeting.
"Ok...Fine"
" Hey I'm Tennessee so you listen to me!"
He laughed and shook his head as he entered the guest bedroom. I walked off to my room and changed into my sock monkey footie pajamas I got from New York. They've got everything there. I then plugged up my phone and got into bed. It had been a long boring day full of cleaning and stress. Man could I use some time in the woods hunting right now. If it wasn't for this stupid meeting that's where I'd be. I finally got comfortable and drifted into a deep sleep.
