-Nadine's P.O.V-

I was sitting by myself in my room because I'm a loner like that.

Lmao.

But then the doorbell rang scaring the crap out of me, may I remind you that I am by myself in this house as my mums at work.

I took the baseball bat out the covered, pressing my body against the wall, pretending to be a ninja.

I walked up to the front door and slowly un done the lock. I opened the door.

"What the hell!" Bailey almost screamed when he saw the baseball bat. "You can't creep up on me like that!"

"I thought you were a murderer!" I defended myself.

"What would a murderer be doing here at 12 in the morning in broad daylight!?" He questioned.

"Looking for a place to hang? Eat a sandwich?" I suggested.

"Oh haha." Bailey grinned at me, that cheeky smile he always had.

"Oh come in." I said quickly after like a minute of standing there staring at each other and smiling like idiots.

I closed the door after Bailey entered and turned back to face him.

"Do you want a drink or anything?" I asked politely.

"No thanks..I actually came here to ask you something." Bailey stated, a bit..nervously.

I suddenly felt scared..like I was going to get confronted because I done something.

"What is it?" I said curiously. Only just noticing how close Bailey was getting towards me, he placed one of his hands on mine.

"I have liked you for...a while now..ever since I met you..I know it isn't as long as you may want it to be but I feel really close to you and I realised I feel things for you Nadine..so I was wondering...Will you be my girlfriend?" He asked hopefully yet shyly.

I smiled.

But then I thought about it, do I really like Bailey? What about Leo? Wait do I like Leo? What about Charlie? He has Bella...

"I don't know..." I said uneasily, making Bailey's expression change to slightly disappointed. "I'll think about it..I promise. But you have to swear that no matter what we will remain friends, okay?" I ordered.

"Okay." Bailey smiled.

The next day I decided to meet up with Leo and tell him about Bailey as I felt he was the right person to tell, he is so close to me, my best friend.

"Spill." Leo said cheekily.

"Alright..so Bailey came over yesterday.." I began, but as soon as Bailey's name was mentioned his face dropped.

"Don't look at me like that and listen!" I demanded. "And so and so we talked and then he kinda..asked me to be his girlfriend." I said the last words quickly.

"A-and what did you say?" Leondre asked, his words stuttered.

"I said I'll think about it..I don't know what I want Leo. I'm really..confused right now." I said, staring at the black wallpaper in his bedroom.

"Well I need to tell you something Naddy.." Leo spoke up. "I like you too." He said.

And with that, he kissed me, and I kissed back, because for once in a very long time, something felt right.
