The next morning I wake up with a tub of Nutella on my stomach, the remote to my side, and a half eaten bagel on my chest. Whatever happened with Calum, maybe its better to forget about it. Besides, I'm pretty sure Ashton would kill him if he found out his band member kissed me...

who am I kidding, Ashton's a ball of fluff.

"GOOD MORNING AUSTRALIA!" Hannah yells running down the stairs of the "5SOS DOME." Luke and Michael thought it would be an amazing idea to house all six of us under one roof.

"Calum put some pants on!" I hear Michael from the kitchen.

"Luke stop taking selfies with the stuffed penguin!" Hannah laughs.

Then of coarse, I hear a loud "CRASHHHHH!"

"God dammit who broke what?" I say walking into the kitchen. A shattered plate was on the floor and Calum stood there with wide eyes. But he quickly brushed it off.

"Whoops," He simply says and walks down the hall. I follow him.

"'Whoops' thats it? You're not going to clean it up?" I say.

"I will just let me put some pants on Annette!" He screams. He slams the door in my face and I walk back to the kitchen where Hannah is already picking up the plate.

"Maybe we should all leave Cal alone for awhile," Luke says. "He hasn't been himself lately and I don't know maybe he's trying to figure things out by himself."

"He's got a point," Michael adds. He takes a quick sip of water and then continues, "It's best we leave him alone."

"But-" I start

Ashton interrupts, "No buts! Netty he's having a hard time right now. None of us know why but we should leave him alone to sort through stuff."

I'm silent for a minute. But I'm not going to let them leave my best friend alone when he obviously needs help. Right now my brother treated me like a child. "Calum calls me 'Netty'. Not you."

I have to admit this house has a beautiful view from the roof. I used to do this at home, but here its nicer, we have a view of the beach. It is about eleven in the morning and I'm sitting on the roof.

Alone.

Even though there's five other people inside.

They aren't here with me.

But then again that's kinda my fault. I did shut down my older brother, who was always there for me. Well except for the past ten months. I'd love to have Calum to talk to. Why can't life be simple and I can just talk to Calum about my problem.... which is Calum.

Yea there we go, I'll talk to Calum about Calum! God I'm an idiot. I look down the road at the park on the corner of our street. There I see a couple on the bench. They laughed like crazy for the few minutes that I couldn't stop staring at them. I felt a small tear roll down my cheek and quickly wipe it off. Then I hear the window that I climbed through start to open. Assuming thats it's Hannah I say, "I'm really not in the mood to talk about feelings or the fact that my best friend who was fucking gone for ten months isn't even talking to me but just confusing me and please just go back in."

"I'm not Hannah, stupid," the low voice of Calum says.

"Well then what do you want?" I say trying to muffle the sound of pain and tears burning my throat.

He walks towards me and sits an aching 'close as strangers' distance away from me. "You know," He starts. He starts to laugh bitterly. "You know I don't get how you could be so ignorant and selfish."

"What the heck are you talking about?" I snap. "I don't get how you can completely ignore me for a month and then kiss me. Oh honey you want to discuss who's being selfish? Well them come at me," I practically yell.

"That's just it right there! I kiss you, and you still act like I'm the bad guy!"

"I am not! I'm trying to get on your good side because apparently you're the most bipolar person in the world!"

"I couldn't even go watch TV at two in the morning because you were to busy knocked out on the couch because you probably got so tired from stuffing your face with Nutella and bagels!" Calum yells, "I't hasn't even been 24 hours and I'm already annoyed with you."

"Is this what this is about? I'm sorry, Jesus Christ, I'll sleep in my room from now on because god forbid King Calum doesn't get what he wants. As a matter of fact wait here while I go get your red carpet and roll it out so you can have a red carpet entrance back to the living room to your damn TV!" I yell. I try catching my breath after that unbearably awkward fight.

Calum starts laughing uncontrollably. My eyes narrow and I feel myself start to tremble. "If all you wanted was to come up here to yell at me and then laugh at me, then just stay here. I'm leaving," I say before I start to cry like crazy. I start to crawl back through the window when Calum grabs my wrist.

"I'm sorry," he says. We study eachother for a minute until my phone beeps. I pull it out of my back pocket and read it.

Sam:

"Meet me at the Café we go to, let's hang out."

Sam is my friend that I hang out with almost as much as Hannah. "Who is it?" Calum asks.

"My friend Sam, we wanted to hang out so we're going to the café a few blocks from here." I answer.

"I'm coming with you." He replies.

Calum's POV

"What? No," Netty replies with annoyance in her voice.

"Um yes," I say. I realize I need to come up with a fairly decent excuse. "I wanted to buy an iced coffee."

"Whatever. Let's go," She says. She gets back in through the window and I follow her downstairs where she grabs her car key and walks out the door. I shut the door behind me and get into the passenger seat of her car.

I kissed her and she's probably seeing this "Sam" loser. I knew i was probably too late. This car ride so far was extremely silent and awkward. I turn on the radio and to my luck the one song she probably didn't want to hear is playing.

"YOU'RE LIPSTICK STAIN IS A WORK OF ART

I'VE GOT YOUR NAME TATTOOED IN AN ARROW HEART."

Quickly I turn off the radio. But luckily for me, we were at the café. "I'm excited to meet your friend." I say mockingly.

Annette rolls her eyes. "Could you be nice for a second?" She says.

"Not likely with who I'm meeting." I reply pointing out I'm meeting her boyfriend.

"What are you talking about?" She says.

"The fact I kissed you and I'm about to meet your boy-" I'm cut off.

"ANNETTE HEYYYYYYY!" A tall girl with curly hair bounces her way towards Netty.

"Oh there you are! Sam this is Calum my friend, Calum this is Sam." Annette introduces me to... Sam.

I awkwardly shake her hand and I look at Annette who has a smirk on her face. "Oh, don't worry I know exactly who you are, how was your tour with One Direction?" Sam keeps shaking my hand and won't let go and I can tell Netty is trying not to laugh. I look at Sam who looks like a girl from a happy-go-lucky support commercial.

"I'm going to go buy a coffee," I excuse myself from the awkward situation.

This is way too much awkward for a day.
