Chapter 2

Dad hopped in the limousine and I immediately started my haze of questions.
" First off what the hell was that? Secondly what the hell are you two ' agreeing on'?" I air quoted 'agreeing on' to make my point.
" Well that was your new husband Levi Ackerman and I was agreeing to an arranged marriage." He answered Cooley. This sly bastard thinks that he can just sell his daughter,oh hell no.
" So I don't have a say in this shit marriage?" I asked venom lacing my tone
" Alex don't you dare speak to me like that especially with your mom around young lady."Dad fired back with his scary deep Dad voice. I knew then that I should shut up. So I did, I whipped out my phone and called Conner as the limousine pulled up in front of our mansion I jumped out and dashed up the front stairs with tears slowly coming down my face. I will not let those assholes see me like this. I wanted to travel the world, have fun, find my own love, make my own love story, but no, I have to listen to father. I can't do any of these things now while enjoying myself. Conner finally answered on the fifth ring.
" Conner please come over I need help"I said urgently into the phone hiding my crying voice well.
" Oh um, alright mind telling me what for?" His cheery voice echoed through the phone to my ear
" nope just hurry." I replied simply
" alright be there in five Dria" he called me by my nickname assuringly. At least someone figured out how to keep their head out of their ass unlike everyone else I know.Only my family and close friends are allowed to call me Dria . End of story. No one else.

One of the servants knocked on my door
" Miss Alex?Conner is here." Thank god I opened the door and dashed down the hallway, down the staircase, and slammed the door open. Then bear hugged Conner. Burying my face in his chest taking in the warmth and his best friend smell.yes that's a thing.
" Well then, a hug was the last thing I expected from you but hey, I'll take it." He said and wrapped his warm arms around me.
"Sorry but your the only one who isn't a complete ass in my life right now." I apologized to Conner
" What you and Eren aren't even getting along?" He asked sarcastically knowing that we fight on an hourly basis only about little things, like how I took his seat on the couch and when we steal each others food. But you know it's what siblings do, I guess in the long run. Except when he took my mozzarella sticks from my plate oh hell no. This shit isn't no game. You.are.going.down.
" Umm can we like move inside I'm getting a little cold out here." He said with his teeth chattering
" ohhhh shit sorry" I pulled him inside and led him upstairs to my room.
" So what happened?" Conner asked popping a cheese ball in his mouth. Where did he even get those? Nevermind.
" Well you see my dad-" I was cut off by satan himself
" Alex the servants are coming to pack your bag for you, come out here and meet your fiancé now!" Dad yelled as my multicolored eyes widened along with Connors beautiful sky blue hues.
" Whatever I'm bringing Conner to meet him too" I yelled back to him while dragging Conner from the bed post literally, dragging him.
" Dria please no god no" Conner screamed for his life as I gave one final pull and we went tumbling into the hallway, where Dad was with Levi himself. Oh shit I'm screwed.
" Alexandria Maria Jeager stand up and present your self correctly young lady." Dad said clearly annoyed with my behavior. I stood up with the help of Conner and made eye contact with my dad, suddenly  in a deadly staring  contest. Finally I looked away in defeat and begrudgingly greeted my new fiancé I guess you could call him that.
" Hey my name is Alex Jeager as you probably heard before it's nice to meet you......I guess." I replied slowly as I offered my hand for a handshake. But instead Levi took my hand kneeled down and kissed my knuckles, which in turn made me a blushing mess. Damn it to hell my pink face why?! I mentally beat my self up until dad cleared his throat.
" Alright the servants are done now so I guess it's time for you to leave, Alex you should show Conner to the door we are going to have dinner at the Ackerman mansion tonight." Dad explained calmly, that only fired me up more.
" okay" I obediently walked Conner to the door
" text me I'll tell you later bye" I jumbled my words together but I think Conner got the point
" oh ok bye Dria" he said turning around flashing his award winning smile at me and his blue eyes slowly drifted away into the darkness of night. Alright I know what you may be thinking but no I do not think of Conner that way, we've just been friends since like fourth grade. I love him like a second older brother. Conner is about 14 months older than me so yeah, older brother.

Our limousine pulled up to the Ackerman mansion. I was still wearing my grey sweater and my black skinny jeans from the hellish meeting. Why does Levi Ackerman have a mansion?Why do I have a mansion? You may be asking yourself, well Levi's father and grandfather were both the head of a huge multi billion dollar company where they design cars and some buildings. My father is the head of his own multi billion dollar medical company called 'Jeager Medical Center'. Of course both of our families are over flowing with money. After our medical company, Eren and I both are super famous artists who mainly do duets together, oh and don't forget Levi he's also an artist, he is also claimed to be the current hottest man alive by a very popular magazine, and all the internet is practically drooling on their computer screen just looking at him, so I guess both families are mega rich. As for our company I can't be the heir because I'm not a man,it sucks, so with Eren as the male and older twin he is the heir to the company, Dad would auction off the younger, female twin to the highest bidder to ensure that our family never goes bankrupt. It's really a win win, except for me because  I had no say in weather or not I want to marry the super mega rich, hot, singer, that everybody is drooling over. Ok maybe I do but I won't tell anyone shit about that. Now that I just explained that we are finally in front of the front door where Levi opens the door to welcome us all in for dinner. I go to step in the mansion when I feel a tug at the back of my sweater to see Eren gesturing behind him whispering
"Dad wants to talk to you" he shakes Levi's hand and steps inside while Levi looks at his hand in utter disgust. Clean freak maybe? I turn around to see my Dad with an unusually calm expression, hell I was expecting him to be pissed but maybe he's hiding it because Levi's here.
" you may go inside Levi I have to have a word with my daughter." Levi smiled and replied with
" that's alright I will be inside the dining room is the first door on the left under the stairwell and I wish you luck." He said the last part towards me
" thanks" I said back lowly, oh god his voice wasn't too deep nor too high it was just right and it sounded the way dark chocolate tasted, perfect. Oh my god Alex pull yourself together.
I gulped and faced father slowly as I heard the door close lightly, considering it looked heavy as fuck.
Dad gave me a face that I could read so easily, mainly because he's shone it towards me so many times before, he's basically saying 'you better not mess this up or I will skin you alive' yes that describes it perfectly.
