Pan's POV-
What the hell is wrong with her?!
Doesn't she know that she's going to get her self killed?!
Well then... I guess we are going to play a game... she use to love playing games with me.
"Still no sign of Carter." Felix says pulling me out of my thoughts. I sit on a rock hunched over my head in my hands thinking about what I should do.
"Did you hear me? She's no where to be found!"
"I know that! Why the bloody hell to you think I'm sitting here concentrated for?!" I shout at him rising up.
"Well, why aren't you out there looking for her?! You act like you're working hard but you aren't doing anything! We are all slaving around trying to find her!" Felix yells. I raise my brow at him amused.
"Pardon my outburst" He says.
"No no.. Is that how you feel?" by now several boys have stopped what they were doing to see what was going on. "Is that how you ALL feel?!" I shout pointing all around. My voice has risen. Felix looks away from me, his jaw clenching.
"Pan, don't make a big de-"
"You know what?" I cut him off. "This has to be settled. Now!" I say as I'm handed two swords. I throw one towards Felix onto the ground. "Well, pick it up!"
He looks at me as if to say "Really, Pan, is this really necessary?" I ignore his look and point my sword at him and motioning it to the sword on the ground. He bends down still looking at me and grabs the sword. Smirking at him, he gets up slowly. We then clash our swords together with great force. The fight has begun. We both are skilled in sword fighting, making any movements to hurt one another impossible.
I swing right then left, Felix dodging every move, is showing off how skilled he is. He taunts me trying to get in my head, but it is with sayings that don't bother me as much as you'd expect.
"What, you upset that Carter has never loved you and never will?!" he taunted me. That one got to me causing me to loose my temper and scream in anger. I then knock him down so he's on his knees, then I throw kicks and punches at him in anger. He coughs out blood and is crying in both fear and pain. I then grab my sword. He lays on his back slowly forming into a ball closing in, as his eyes close I raise my sword upwards. I then bring it down with all force, then-
Carter's POV-
"He's going to kill him! We have to stop it!" I plead to the boy.
"No! If we do, then I'm a goner." he says.
"Ok, but what if you stay here, then I'll go in and stop him, after that I'll run off and you can sneak away and run off after me." I say. He looks at me unsure, most likely thinking of all the possibilities. I grip my sword's handle anxious for him to hurry with a reply.
"Fine, but be careful!" he scolds. I smile and hug him, I then pull my sword out and jump out from the bush we were hiding behind.
Right when Pan was about to slash into Felix's skin I jump right in front kneeling down on the floor back bending putting my sword against Pan's. The force was so strong that my back had cracked. Since Pan was in a mini state of shock I take the chance to make my move. I then use all my weight to push him off getting up as I do so. One of the Lost Boys drag Felix away to clean him up. Pan looks at me then smirks. He then comes at me and swings his sword. The swords are against my chest. I slowly push Pan's sword away. He then grabs my free arm and turns me putting it behind my back making his chest forced right against my back.
