I've been through a lot of depression myself since about 4th grade. I just got out of it by using these simple tips and advice. Thanks to all the people that have been there by my side and giving me awesome advice!

Tip 1.)

If you feel like your getting into a sad or depressing mood, do something to take your mind off of it. Silence isn't the key to solving it, that just let's your thoughts take over you. You wanna focus and concentrate your mind on something else.

I always would draw things on a piece of paper of my feelings. Even writing your feelings down always helped me and relaxed me instead of keeping it all in my head. That method really worked for me.
