Social networks such as; Instagram, Facebook, Tumblr ect can get you depressed depending on a certain situation.
If your posting depressing stuff on your page or your self harming, some people are gonna confront you and be rude to you. Thats how society is these days and its fucked up. People actually try and promote self harm and its really sad because some of these people who are mentally depressed are trying to face themselves while other people are trying to bring them down.If those types of things are happening to you, maybe try logging out of your account for awhile until you think your ready to log back in. If you can still handle social media just block the person who was hating on you. Don't ever reply back that'll just cause more drama.
