JANUARY
It's been four months since I moved to California for college. Katie isn't my roommate here, but she lives just across the hall. I've got a different roommate; her name is Faith and she's deaf. I've learned sign language since I've been here so that I could communicate with her. She's super cool.
Nathan comes to visit every weekend since he's going to school at UCSB.
Nathan and I have started to make videos on YouTube again and we love it. We post a video every Saturday.
The people here are wonderful too. No one freaks out when they see me because I'm famous on the internet or was dating Ayden Carson and I love it.
I've been going to a lot of parties and making friends here. The parties are great, they're so full of life.
I haven't been dating anyone at all. I've slept with a couple people, but that was when I was shit faced drunk and didn't know what the hell I was doing. Yeah, I kinda regret it, but it was fun at the time.
I've met a lot of different famous YouTubers while here in LA. I met all of The Black Lights, a YouTube group, and they are wonderful. I go over to their house sometimes when I can to hang out with them. They're all just so full of life.
The communication between Ayden and I have been minimal. He's on tour and we barely talk. When we do talk, it's only texting and it isn't for very long.
Ayden is doing a show in LA this weekend and asked if he could visit me. Me being stupid and missing him, I said yes.
Who knows what this weekend holds.
"Are you even listening to me?" Katie's voice pulls me out of my thoughts.
"Yeah, yeah I am." I lie. Katie told me to go shopping with her so she could pick out a dress. She's meeting her boyfriend, Jake's, parents for the first time tonight and just had to get a new dress.
Her and Jake have been dating for two months and they are just the cutest couple. Sure, Katie ditches me sometimes to go hang out with him, but I always make use of my time.
-Ayden's POV-
"You sure you'll be okay?" Mason asks me as we walk out of the airport. I'm about to go to Molly's dorm and I'm more nervous than ever.
"I'm sure." I lie. Mason doesn't believe me.
The ride to her dorm is short. I text her to let her know that I'm here and she tells me she's on her way down.
I haven't seen Molly in four months and I don't know what to expect. Of course I still love her, but will that change?
My jaw drops a little when I first see her.
Her hair is shorter and it's dark purple now instead of pink. It only goes down to her upper back. She's wearing black jeans and a white t-shirt with Vans. She looks... stunning.
"You changed your hair." is all I manage to say as we stand five feet from each other. It takes everything in me not to rush over there and kiss her as hard as I can.
"Does it look bad?" she starts to panic, messing with her hair.
"No, no it looks great." I honestly tell her. It makes me happy to know that she cares what I think about her hair. I love it.
"Do you want to come up?" she asks and I nod, following her up to her room.
Her room is messier than ever. Not what I expected. It's bigger than I expected though.
Molly and I stand in silence for a few minutes.
Before I know it, Molly and I are both rushing to each other, crashing our lips together. I hold her face and she runs her fingers through my hair, tugging on it. We back up, hitting the wall with force.
