I left from home to meet aashna and to know that she was fine. As I reached near aashna's house I saw dabria coming from a distance, but luckily she dint see me coming. I thought it would be a good idea to let dabria go in first and aftee 10-15 mins I'll go so the girls can have 'their-kind-of' talk which they hesitate a bit in front of me.
After like 10 mins I was too bored to wait any further and so even I decided to enter aashna's house, I knocked at the door and aunty opened the door, I greeted her and went straight upstairs where 'the patient' aka aashna was suppose to be ! I expected giggles and loud talks from the room but to my suprise the room was empty , I moved a bit further inside the room where I could hear giggles from the balcony , I headed towards the balcony and there these girls were laughing on something which was completely unknown to me !
'Hey' I greeted. The girls looked at me with a blank look on their face and burst out laughing louder than the one I heard a few seconds back . 'what's wrong? Do I look that funny today ?' I said annoyed. Dabria came to me , placed her hand on my shoulder and said ' no , you don't look funny but you are acting funny ' and with that comes another session of laughter . I was more annoyed than before because I was the reason they were laughing so hard but I don't know the exact reason !!
After like 5 mins of laughing their lungs our the girls finally stopped. Aashna decided to finally open her mouth and tell me what's going on as she noticed I was annoyed .
'Renn !?' She said.
'what !' I said , annoyance visible in my tone
"Why the hell did you come like after 10mins ? I mean did you find any fairy outside by door or you thought you were too early to come ??" She said
Huh ! How did she know I was waiting outside? Dont solve puzzles Renny just ask her straight
"how do you know I was waiting outside your door
She had a smirk on her face and then as if pulling her invisible shirt collar she said "Mr.smarty pants you have forgotten that the outside area of my house where you were technically hiding is clearly visible from my balcony !! And me and dabria have been noticing you since 10 mins and I must say you have are too good at possing when trying to stand alone "
'Shitt' was all I could say in the lowest possible volume !
I tried to change the topic and was successful for the rarest time . We spent not less than 2 hrs at her place when dabria finally decided to leave . She said she had to go out with rohit just to spend some time together with her .
So now it was only me and aashna, aashna decided to break the awkward silence and speak "so renn what are we do now ? wanna play video game or watch some movie or you are going home ? "
I thought for a moment , hmmmm, video game nah :/ too bored for that, movie ! Not at all its embarasing at times and going home ? No ways not so soon, "I think we should talk about aashna"
"huh ? What do you mean ?" She said with a confused look
"ammm so aashna ! How are you ? I mean yesterday you were crying like a baby ! So how are you now !"
"I wasn't crying like a baby ok , it was actually hurting a lot " she said while hitting my shoulder playfully
"yaa yaa the girl is always right " I said with a laugh
"btw renn you know what ! Let's talk about old times"
"Hmmm yaa I mean you looked so innocent back then and now " this Tu me she hit me on my shoulder and it wasn't playful , " that hurts, stop hitting "
"ok sorry" she said with a puppy face
And then continued "btw renn you know what ? The first time I saw you , I thought you would be very weird, like those guys who are nerds, think of girls as aliens and be simply abnormal " she looked at me as if to see my reaction.
" so what do you think now?" I said with a wink just enough to make her giggle
"I must say you proved me wrong " she said and showed me a 'thumbs up sign '
"aashna I need to confess something " I looked at her , shitt she was beautiful ! The felt the same old feeling which I felt years ago when I had first seen her !
"What is it renn, go ahead " she said as if she had expected that coming from me
'when I first saw you, I actually fell for you , I mean I thought there would be something between us' I framed the sentence in mind so that it doesn't spoil the things around
" so aashna" I began to utter "when I first saw you, I ......"
"hello there people !" I was shocked to hear that voice , I moved my head towards the entrance of the room from where the voice had come !
"Rohit what are you doing here!" Aashna said getting up from the sofa
"yes rohit ! , what are you doing here ! Where is dabria ?? " I said completely shocked
