Elsa's POV

Okay, so I'm going to be late and I haven't learnt a thing last night. There's nothing that came into my head. Ask me how the country began and you'll get an "uuuhhh. Shit I don't know" line.

"Shit. Shit. Shit. I can't be late now. Not now. Damn it."

I didn't have time to comb my hair so I just did a ponytail and ran outside my house. I quickly ran to the jeepney terminal and I saw Jack standing there. Breathing slowly as he inspect his phone. A bit of dismay and a bit of calm.

We're both late. I thought. Why is he so calm?

I went to him and nudged his arm. He jumped out of surprise when he saw me.

"Why are you calm? We're going to be 15 minutes late." I said.

"Because Merida said our prof texted Eadlyn that he won't be attending the class today so the recitation will be next week, which is Tuesday."

Eh?

I stood there feeling mixed of emotions within me. 25% happiness 25% nervousness %15 relief 35% rage.

GODDAMN IT. I SPENT ALL NIGHT READING WITHOUT COMPREHENSION AND SUDDENLY I DISCOVERED THAT NEXT WEEK IS THE RECITATION!!?! FUCK. WHAT IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE.

I groaned loud until it reaches to Jack's ears. As we rode the jeepney, I heard Jack giggle then burst out to laughter.

I glared. "What are you laughing at?"

Still laughing, "nothing. You're cute when you're mad."

You're cute....

I don't know what to reply but I already feel my face burn like hell as if there's a volcano and it just erupted.

I couldn't control it, so I just hid my face. And because of rushing too much, I couldn't help but feel disgusted about myself. God I feel so dirty right now.

Jack laughed. "Let's just go to the Family Mart. My treat."

My treat.

Now that's what I wanted to hear.

*time skip*

Thirty minutes later, we arrived at the Family Mart. I went inside and my eyes gleamed with awe.

They got everything! Ramen, Tiramisu, Flans, Salads...

And the best part of all...

UNLIMITED ICE SCREAM.

I didn't want to squeal so I just suppressed it but the feeling won't go away as I ran to every corner of the store. Omygod. This is heaven's paradise for me!

I grabbed so many sweets and chocolates.

Green tea flavored Kit Kat, Pepero, Toblerone, Hersheys. O thor almighty! Thank YOU!

I didn't care if it was expensive or not, it's Jack's treat anyway. XD

I saw Jack's face with surprise.

"I said it's my treat but don't abuse it. I only have Php400. Okay?" And each of the chocolate costs Php150.

My face fell down and I frowned and went back to where I got the chocolates from. "okay..."

As I return the chocolates I shoved, Jack went to me while looking at the ice cream machine. "We could just buy some ice cream. Plus a cookies and cream donut."

He managed to make me smile, somehow. So I nodded, went to the counter, the cashier gave me the cone and we did the process of unlimited ice cream.

I had a mix of kiwi and raspberry while Jack got green tea and pistachio.

He was about to buy me a cookies and cream donut but I insisted that I should buy myself. He already bought me an ice cream. I should at least be ashamed of myself.

What happened to your behavior a while ago? Chocolates?

This is different. Okay?

As time went by, we went to the university and raced to the 5th floor. As we reached the fifth floor, I was breathing hard. How can you not breathe hard? 1. 5th floor, 2. 2months of not moving around 3. I'm fat.

Like, whyyy must the elevator be for faculties only?!

We went inside and saw Merida and Hiccup talking together with some long blonde haired girl and a guy with not-that-long brown hair.

As we were going to go to them, two guys went in front of us. The first guy had a blonde spiky hair and the other one had spiky hair too but black and long. The first guy has whiskers like lines on his face.

"Hi! My name's Naruto Uzumaki! You're Elsa right? Nice to meet you!" He smiled a big smile. Aw, he's adorable.

"Hi Naruto! Nice to meet you too. This is Jackson Overla--"

"Just Jack Frost"

"Right, Jack Frost." I pointed at him and glared at him for cutting me off. What's wrong with his name anyway?!

"Hi Jack. Nice to meet you! Well, this is Sasuke Uchiha. He's my best friend. I hope you two get along well." Naruto smiled.

"Tch." I heard from Sasuke and he walked away. Rude much.

There was an awkward silence between us three. I decided to break it off.

"So, Naruto. What's with the whiskers? Is that a tattoo?"

He rubbed his face. "Nah. This is just my birthmark. Although I don't know how that could happen but it just did. Hehe."

Jack laughed. "But that is seriously awesome you know. Having that kind of birthmark. Others have some weird patterns like the shape of the country or whatever but yours is perfect!" Woah. "Want to sit with us over there?" He pointed to where Merida and the others were sitting.

"No thanks. I'm sitting with my friends over there. But we could just hang out after school right?" Naruto said.

"Sure! Are you free later?" I asked enthusiastically. I don't know why but it felt good to have friends like Jack and Naruto.

"Yeah sure. Are you alright with big numbers? Because we're thirteen." He pointed to his friends.

Oh god. I think I'm going to feel so awkward later on.

"S-sure. No problem." I said, stuttering.

"Great! Well, see you after school!" He waved and he walked to his friends.

I saw Jack walking to Merida who were talking to a long haired girl. "Who's this?"

Merida pouted. "Aye! This is Rapunzel. Don't be like 'who's this'. Ain't she just gorgeous?!" Her eyes gleamed in awe and I giggled.

Merida is so cute when she's like that.

"Yeah, she is." I said.

I looked at Jack who was staring at Rapunzel. Long stare. I can't help but feel jealous.

Why am I jealous anyway?!
