ARIANA'S POV
I close the door behind me, and slowly turn to face the five girls in the room. Nicki doesn't make eye contact but that's fine by me considering that she's a self-absorbed whore. You don't mean that. I know I don't.
You've just got your panties in a twist because she brought up that day. There was a thick line there that all the girls were forbidden to cross, and she looked down at it, laughed, and leaped right over it.
Hurry up, and make up with her so you can tell her what just happened. Later.
"What's going on?" I ask the girls.
"This is an intervention." Jessie speaks first.
"Over what? Nicki and I don't need an intervention." I state. It was a petty little fight that will blow over in under three hours.
"You guys both said some things that were meant to hurt each other, and we just want you guys back on good terms. So cut the bullshit and apologize." Iggy rolls her eyes.
I let out an exasperated sigh, and turn to Nicki. "I'm sorry that I said you were a slut and talked about your......guys. It got way more heated than I thought it would. And I took it too far."
She lifts her gaze off the floor, to look back at me. "I'm sorry I talked about Harry and Justin, and that day, especially while Harry was in the room. I crossed a boundary. It was a low blow and I'm a bitch for it."
"It's okay, Nick." I accept her apology.
"Good. Now bring that ass here so I can hug the life out of you!" She opens her arms up to me, and I rush into her embrace. "Oh, and sorry for saying I was gonna beat your scrawny ass."
"Oh thank goodness, I was terrified. I mean, when it comes down to it, I can knock a bitch's teeth in, but I'm a lover, not a fighter." I breath out a sigh of relief. Nicki lets out a laugh, and what do you know, we're back on good terms.
"Where did you go after our mini-brawl?" She questions, and the others make noises of agreement, also wanting to know. Well, I can't tell them that I went to go see Zayn.
"I ran into Justin in the hallway, and Harry just wouldn't shut up, so I sneaked off to the library, then I ran into my art professor...." I trail off, and they urge me to continue. "He said he wanted to talk about me and Harry's 'relationship.'"
"Holy shit." Iggy says.
"No way." Taylor shakes her head, refusing to believe it.
"You're kidding, right?" Meghan asks.
"I kid you not, ladies. He lead me to his office, and basically said he knew that Harry was 'bullying' me. Honestly, that's just Harry being Harry. I wouldn't go as far as to say that he bullies me." I state, only to see five faces of disbelief. "Okay. The guy bullies me."
"What happened next?" Jessie questions, as eager as a child being told a bedtime story.
"He said he wasn't going to stay quiet about it." I reply, and watch as their hues widen in shock. I'm sure mine did the same when I first heard him say it.
"Fuck. Did he do it?" Nicki asks me, and I'm glad we're back on good terms. We always share our crazy stories, and laugh together.
"He would've, if I hadn't played him like a piano." I smirk. Shoutout to my old therapist who was dumb enough to not realize that while he was trying to figure me out, I was analyzing everything he did, making it easy to use his skills against other people.
I can get practically anything out of anyone. Well, except Harry. He's just so confusing, but so easily understood at once that it's enough to drive a girl crazy. And trust me, it drives me nuts.
