Chapter 2 - Stalking her through the night

JACK'S POV

A couple of days after that she bumped into me I've seen her in Halloween town with some of her friends.. She looked like she still was in school.. But she didn't just go to school she also worked as a waitress at my favorite café in town and I haven't noticed this young precious thing at all?! One day I thought I should follow her.. I didn't stalk her if you thought that but.. I wanted to feel her body pressed against mine once again... And when I followed her during the night.. Her dad had some guy over for her.

"Dad.. Not again." she said
"What? It's just my friends son! He have wanted to meet you for a long time young lady!" He yelled
"I DON'T CARE!! I AM IN LOVE WITH SOMEONE ELSE!!" She yelled back in frustration over what her father had done.
"who my dear then?" He asked politly and smiled
"The pumpkin king dad! I've always wanted to meet him! I've been dying to see him ever since that day I bumped into him!" she said as she sat down in the couch drifting away slowly
"Jack?! He doesn't like someone like you... Then I have to change you..." he said with sadness in his tone
"But dad I-" she said
"NO MORE DISCUSSION OVER THE PUMPKIN KING! HE DOESN'T LOVE YOU!" he yelled with frustration and anger
"Well then... CHANGE ME!!" She yelled back, even if she changed herself into a skeleton like me... I would still love her just the way she was.
"NO! I can't. But I can change your figure." he said
"Then do it." She said
"What?" he said as he got chocked.
"Yes, give me a better figure!" She yelled
"Fine, let's do it now so you can sleep good tonight." He said and she just smiled and walked beside him to his labratory. I saw how her body's figure got more curves and she got perfect, even tho.. She was already perfect just the way she was. after that I went back home with spike by my side, as I walked along the park looking up at the moon.. I felt happy.

SHADOW'S POV
When dad fulfilled my request, I went outside to walk with luna, my ghost german shepherd dog and looked up at the moon and the stars above.. I couldn't believe how beautiful the night could always be, My dad thought me something my mum used to say to him.
"Mi luna, te amo mi corazón." which means from the spanish words "My moon, I love you my heart" I've been longing and waiting for someone to show up and give me what I needed.. And that was my one and only pumpkin king who could possibly give it to me.. And that was then I felt my voice started to sing out the lyrics from the one true song I knew that always helped me through the pain without someone to love.

Merrily we fall out of line, out of line. I'd fall anywhere with you I am by your side, swinging in the rain humming melodies we're not going anywhere until we freeze..

Just as my voice stop singing I hear someone not far away giving me applause.

"Wow.. I never thought someone could sing a song like that beautiful as the way you do." The voice softly whisper, I look back to see the one and ONLY... Pumkin king, even known as Jack Skellington.

JACK'S POV

I heard her sing, I loved it and now I just had to talk to her.

"Wow.. I never thought someone could sing a song like that beautiful as the way you do." I said and she just turned fast around to see me and then her german shepherd barked at me to protect her from me.

"Luna. Behave." she said with a voice that showed she was the one to listen to, her dog stopped and just sat down right next to her.

"I-... I am so sorry for Luna, she is always protecting me." she said and blushed a little.

"Haha, it's okay! Spike do that sometimes too. You're that girl who bumped into me a couple of days ago!" I said and noticed she was blushing harder this time.

"Ye-Yeah... Sorry about that." she said.

"It's okay, I just got curious about you." I said and smiled but before we could keep talking a wolfman came up behind her.

"Baby..." he said, she turned around and when she saw him.. She started to shake in fear, her dog started to bark.

"No. What do you want?! YOU BROKE UP WITH ME!" She yelled.

"I want you back, please?" he said.

"YOU BEAT ME UP IF I SO MUCH AS APPROACHED A GUY!" She yelled and that was it when he raised his hand to hit her I pulled her by her wrist and stood infront of her.

"oh no... I am so sorry Pumpkin king! I am SO sorry!" he directly said and understood who I was and what true power I had.

"Oh hell yeah, I never thought one of these monsters in Halloween town would ever hit a dead girl." I said.

"I-I am so-sorry my king." he answered me.

"Well, I can give you another chance to not make the same misstake to my Queen." I said so he would never disturb her again.

"oh.. I am sorry my king. I didn't know she was your queen." he said.

"I am NOT his queen." the girl finally spoke up.

"You're not?!" The wolfman said.

"No. I am no one's so called 'queen'" She said and then she walked away disappearing in the night.
