Ross's P.O.V.
It's been a week and Laura is still in a coma. I was forced to go back home and get rest.
I won't leave my room. Why would I? The world hates me anyways.
"Kids would you get down here Riker has something to say!" My dad calls us. What now!?
I guess that includes me.
I sluggishly walk downstairs looking like a drunk zombie.
"I have a girlfriend." Riker announces. He what? I was beginning to think he'd never get over Vanessa.
Apparently I'm not the only one surprised.
"That's great honey. Wow. Why don't you invite her over for dinner on Sunday?" Mom smiles.
That's in 6 days. Great.
"Who is she?" Rocky asks.
Rocky's nose seems to be getting better. Not that I care or anything.
"You'll have to wait and see." Riker smiles an award winning smile. I wonder who's the girl making him whipped.
Laura's P.O.V.
"You shouldn't be here Laura." My sister's voiced laced in panic.
Vanessa? I turn around to look at her.
"Is it you?" I'm starstruck.
"You're not supposed to be here." Her eyes fill with sadness.
"Am I dead?" I didn't wake up. My goal remains undone.
"You will be if you stay here. Laura you're my sister and I love you." She smiles her perfect smile.
"I love and miss you every day of my life." I admit.
"Close your eyes and count to ten." A tear drops from my eye.
One. Two. Three. Four. Five. Six. Seven. Eight. Nine. Ten.
Ow! The light burns my eyeballs.
