Newt: you two sleep facing each other, and when you wake up, the first thing you see is eachother.

Thomas: you snuggle into his chest and he rests his head above yours, arms around you.

Minho: you sleep intertwined, basically no space between the two of you. 

Gally: you spoon. He's the big spoon and you're the little spoon
