*Liam's POV*
I just got out of the cab I took to Taylor's house. I took a deep breath, looking down at the ground. I didn't look up because I was afraid I would chicken out. Our next few shows on the concert were cancelled so I got some time to visit Taylor before I left again. I walked up the stairs and reached out to knock on the door but I couldn't feel it there. I looked up to see the door was laying on the floor. I looked around in bewilderment.
I walked into her house and looked in every room. "Taylor? Are you there love?" I yelled as I searched the house. No response came.
I started to get worried; what if she was robbed, or kidnapped, or killed. Maybe she was taken away and was going to be killed. Was she alive now? I shouldn't have left. I should've taken her with me at least. My mind was in a million different places. It was overwhelming. Everything went a bright, shiny white then suddenly dark as my head hit the floor. I passed out right below the stairs.
*Taylor's POV*
The guy who kidnapped me drove into the parking lot of a cheap motel. He walked me up to the room labeled 521. No one even glanced at us; kidnappings probably weren't rare in this area.
The man unlocked the door and ushered me into the room. Two other men; around their late teens-early twenties, sat in chairs and on the beds of the motel room.
"What are you doing now, Jason?" The one laying on the bed asked. "Yeah, you're going to get us all arrested one of these days." Another guy sitting at a table added. The third one looked at me sympathetically; almost like he felt bad for me.
"Oh shut up, it's not like you two have never done this before." The man, Jason replied snobbishly. Done what? Was I in a room of a bunch of kidnappers and criminals?
"Eric hasn't kidnapped anyone; his record is perfectly clean." The man sitting at the table, across from the one who looked like he felt bad for me-I was guessing he was Eric.
Eric smiled weakly, looking down. Jason sighed loudly and took me into a separate room. He sat me down on a chair on the other side of the room.
He untied the cloth around my mouth. "Listen to me. You can talk, you can eat, you can sleep, anything; as long as you stay in the room," He untied the rope around my hands as he spoke and my hands fell lose. "or else things won't be pretty... for you." I looked up him as he smiled down at me evilly. A lump formed in my throat and tears threatened to fall.
"Aw, come on now, don't cry." He smiled; this time sweetly-sincerely. "No need for that." He added. He walked out of the room confidently and I waited in the dim light.
A few moments passed before I walked out to join the others. Jason sat on the edge of the bed the one man has been laying on and the others were exactly the same as I last saw them. "There she is." The one laying down said happily.
I walked over to the kitchen and hopped up on the counter. I was going to show them that I wasn't scared-that I was confident and strong. If they knew how terribly worried I was, that would give them all the control; I wouldn't let that happen.
Uncleaned dishes lingered in the sink, making the room smell like scrambled eggs. The beds of the room were unmade and wrappers littered the floor.
The boys were watching South Park on the TV, laughing at it. They occasionally looked at me.
Eric stood up and walked over to me, standing directly in front of me. "You don't need to be scared." He whispered. I nodded. "No, I am not scared." I said with a smile. He looked at me suspiciously. "Ok then. Well, if you need anything; anything at all, come to me." He added before Jason shoved him aside. "Little Eric, you don't know how to treat a kidnapped girl." He said with a mischievous smile.
Before I knew what had happened, Jason smashed his lips against mine-pushing my bed back and banging it against the concrete block wall. I winced in pain, unable to pull away from the kiss.
He bit my lip, making me scream. I kicked him where no man never wants to be kicked. He stumbled backwards, holding the area and I ran into the room where Jason had first put me in.
I slammed the door closed and slid down it; sobbing loudly. I felt the door shove open and I pushed back against it with my weight, closing it once more.
"Hey, please let me in." It was Eric. I thought out my choices and decided to let the door open. He was the only one who seemed to be nice and caring... so far.
He sat down next me, wrapping his arm around my shoulder. "I'm so sorry. Jason tends to get a little... crazy. I'll never let him be alone with you, he could do... things." He looked at me sadly and made a loud sigh. "Thank you." I choked out. I wiped my tears away and looked away from Eric.
"So what's your name?" He asked, breaking the silence. "T-Taylor." I whispered. What was I doing?! I shouldn't be telling kidnappers my name.
"That's a pretty name." He said, making me gasp. No. I have Liam. I can't let him like me. Maybe he didn't like me though, maybe he was just trying make me feel better... maybe.
"Thanks." I whispered back. "Is Jason mad?" I asked. He laughed a little, "No, not really. He's never planned on having kids anyway." He laughed a little more and I joined in. Maybe, just maybe I could trust Eric. And Maybe, just maybe, he could help me escape.
