 Sure, why not...   

  It was finally the weekend and my new and only friend, Sable, was walking home with me on Friday after going to the library with her. I don't know why, but she was the only other human being I could interact to, as I hated everyone else. "Hey Inferno, please don't get mad at me, but what happened to your...parents...?" Sable asked looking me in the eye, "Uh," Quick! Think of a lie that she'll believe! Good one! "They are vacationing in Hawaii for a month!" I answered, hopefully she believes it... "Huh, why didn't they take you?" She asked looking at the ground, shoot, I didn't think she'd ask anymore questions! "They, uh, you know when parents need a break from the kids? That's why. And I needed to go to school." I say smiling. Hopefully she believed it...

As we rounded the corner, Sable squealed out of nowhere, and I jump. Almost dropping her box of books. "W-What?!" I asked in shock. "I. Just. Had. AN AMAZING IDEA!" She screamed. "What is it...?" I asked, this was her... fiftieth time with an idea. I obviously didn't like any of them, but went with it. I wish I said no to that fun-park idea... Wasn't. Fun. At all. "What if," She pauses dramatically,   "You had a sleepover at my place? Since you won't let me into yours..." She asked. Of course I answered with "Sure, why not..." I don't want her running home crying like an idiot. I might loose my only chance for a friend...

When we entered her Aunts' house I realized she was waiting for a sleepover. I saw a banner that read 'Best Slumber Party Ever!' Ooooh great, what did I get myself into this time...? As we head down to her room, I brace myself for the attack. Which greeted me as soon as we walked into the room. I petted Ula and Sable closed the door behind us. "Want to watch a movie now or later?" She asked me heading over to pet Ula. "I guess we can watch one later, when it gets darker." I suggest, and Sable nods. "I have some activities to do outside!" Sable said looking at me excitedly. "Like what?" I ask. "It's a secret, but I know you'll like it!" Sable answers mischievously.

After the outdoor activities we decided to go inside and have some hot-cocoa. "It's nice to see Inferno having fun and being active." Amy says half to herself half to us. "Inferno is really awesome when she loosens up!" Sable said looking at me and smiling. I start to smile a little as well, it's fun to have someone who doesn't hate you and doesn't mind hanging out with someone like me. I wonder what we're doing next... "Want to go into my room and make an obstacle course for Ula? She loves when I do them!" Sable said taking a sip from her cup. "Sure." I say taking the last bits from my hot-cocoa.

"Done." We say at the same time, looking at Sable's messy room filled with jumps and tunnels. "I'll go get Ula!" Sable says leaving the room. Oh, that's right, we had to put Ula in a pen outside because she kept getting in our way. "Wait up Ula!" I heard Sable giggle, then I heard thuds coming down the stairs. I quickly got to the other side of the obstacle course with some treats in my hand. Hopefully she goes for the treats and not my face... "Bark bark baarrkkk!" Was Ula's reaction when she saw the obstacle course, she immediately looked to see what her reward was. We made eye contact and then she ran the obstacle course to me.
