One afternoon, after all of the kids got home from school, an emergency alert went off on all their phones.
Bree: It says we are under a severe thunderstorm watch.
About an hour later it started storming and it got worse so they turned the news on and it said a tornado was heading that way. Soon after the sky turned black. They hid in a room with no windows. Adam held on to Bree, Bree held on to Chase, and Chase held on to Leo as it went through.
When they looked up, the million dollar mansion was destroyed.
Adam: Is anyone hurt?
Bree: I'm good.
Chase: I'm fine.
Leo: I'm alright.
Tasha: I'm okay.
Mr. Davenport: I'm good.
When they got up, they were covered in dirt and dust.
Mr. Davenport: The house is ruined, we have to go check the lab.
They all got up and ran to the elevator and went down to the lab.
Chase: The lab is okay.
Mr. Davenport: That's a relief.
Bree: What about the rest of the house?
Adam: We'll figure something out Bree. Don't worry.
Then he walked over to her and put his arm around her shoulder. Then she put her arm around his back.
Leo: The house is covered, right Big D?
Mr. Davenport: Yes Leo.
