Rima's POV :
"Bye Rima!" My mom called. She was going to the grocery store.
I feel horrible today. After the game I hugged Kirishima. Only. As I turned my body to hug Nagi second, I see no one. All I saw was his back, from a distance, walking out of the school gym.
I don't think Nagi likes me anymore. (╥﹏╥) I feel we are drifting apart. And that's just crazy because we've known each other for like more than 10 years.
But he seems happy. So maybe not? I don't know anymore. Over the years it got harder to tell if he was lying. And now he's at a point I can't tell at all.
So maybe he lies. Maybe he lies. MAYBE HE LIED. Which crushes me. Because then he lied. Lied about being honest. Lied about being happy. Lied about not worrying.
But that can't be. Because I can tell his one truth. Age 10. He told me we were going to be best friends forever. Pinkie promise.
I still feel horrible. I was too scared to send him a congrats text. But why Rima? I don't know.
"Nagi." I sent.
"Nagi." I resend.
"Hello!" Sent.
"Nagihiko!" I write.
"Unbelievable."
Wait a second. Why isn't he responding.
"Nagi. You OK?"
"Nagi!"
Is he dying? What's going on?! I am so worried right now. Unbelievable. Nagiiiiiiiiiiii.
~WHAT IS REALLY HAPPENING~
Bzzz. Bzzz Bzzt. Bz Bz. Nagihiko left his phone home.
~WITH RIMA~
Bzt. A message from mom:
"I'll be at home 30 minutes late. Bumped into a patient."
"OK." I send back. I hope it's not the crazy one.
I guess I'll text Amu.
"Hey."
Thirty seconds later... "Hi Rima!!!!!"
"Why so enthusiastic?"
"I lub you."
"???"
